this burger was absolutely scrumptious i took one bite and wish i could do it again 10/10 people need to stop sleeping on burger king because the steakhouse angus burger was incredible
I visit regularly with my kids, and they love it. The food has always been spot on. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Its never very busy which i don't find to be a problem as i can always get a table and served quickly. The parking area is good too, never struggled to get a space.
Good size with plenty of indoor seating (albeit very basic and almost feels like a canteen). This location also has a drive-thru.
Staff were friendly. As others have pointed out, definitely make use of the BK app - lots of decent offers.
I ordered 2 Steakhouse Angus’; it’s replaced my favourite burger for last summer, the Big Tasty. It was well sized, it even had a moist medium rare burger, beautiful crispy onions with a crunch to it and the SAUCE - don’t even get me started!
Usually pretty good but tonight we ordered the box of 9 chilli cheese bites and upon dishing 'em out we find there's only 8. How could I complain? Not a major issue but you really should get what you pay for...
I prefer burger King to McDonald's you can taste the difference in the meat it also has a flame grill cook giving it that authentic taste faster than McDonald's too. We found it clean and tidy.
Food was hot, served promptly and service was friendly.
Used this place a few times while working in the area. It's pretty clean, including the toilets, and the staff are usually very good. I will say the soft drinks machine often has a very limited selection.

Food is always hot and drive through is quick. Staff are lovely. Never had a complaint. One thing that's a little annoying is it's card only unless that's changed now? But overall a great burger king
Very helpful staff who ensured we paid the lowest on offer prices. Great customer service. I wish my own local Burger King operated to the same high service as the one in Ashford Kent. Well done.
