Visited Frankie & Benny’s in the late evening even though it was quite busy the service received was effective and efficient, Sally who served us was great, attentive and appeared to be a very valued asset to the team. The food was great, and all requirements were met.

Aside from the bun of my Dirty Dog being rather dry and tough to chew, everything else was great! Really nice, attentive waiter, food was good, served on time, good selection of bevvies, kids happy, and everyone left with a full belly. Happy days!
Large restaurant with plenty of booth seating. Menu is vast with a range of Italian and American dishes. I opted for the Bolognese and this was cooked well. Waitress came and grated parmesan on top. Good sized portions and the food came pretty quickly too.
Friendly waitress,quick service, clean, reasonable prices, food was served hot and cooked properly. They gave the children a little book and pencils each to keep them occupied while waiting for the food which worked a treat. Came for dinner Saturday 16th September and was seated by a lovely lady. Our server Reece was brilliant from start to finish. Our food came out really well, food was presented amazingly, and tasted lovely. Reece was very friendly, very polite and nothing was too much. Thank you!!

Lovely meal on Wednesday evening food excellent had from the set menu which was explained to us by a very knowledgeable polite waitress Holly nothing to much trouble for her although it was getting busy she was very attentive. Was expecting smaller portions as from set menu but portion size was big
Danni was a lovely waitress with great customer service! My boyfriend and I went to get the free margarita pizza and drink they do for A Level Results day and Danni guided us to a desert which I absolutely loved! It was delicious and amazing, hot and fresh all the way through! Yummy!
Our server Jas was great. We travelled down from bexley because this restaurant is far better in every way. The atmosphere is great, music fantastic and all staff greeted us with a smile when we entered the restaurant, taking our order, food served and when we left. Highly recommend
We have not been here in about a decade. After tonight I have to ask myself WHY? We were a group of 7 aged 16 to 84 and had a most wonderful evening. Our server Reece - big shout out to you - was a delight. Excellent food generous portions and pretty good mix of music.
