Absolutely savage food. Lovely atmosphere and even better staff. Ate here 3 times in the last week and they always found a seat for us. Had 1/2 a chicken all 3 nights and never disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful along with floor supervisor/manager.
The restaurant was clean and food was to a good standard. The only thing I don't like is having to pay at the counter before eating. However you are given a drinking glass while you are paying. You can then fill this up as many times as you like from the soft drinks machine including ice dispenser.
Nandos Ashford is honestly one of the best Nandos I've been to. The staff there are polite, efficient and can't do enough to ensure you have a positive experience.
The food is always well cooked and they do what they can to ensure that dietry requirements are met.

Really easy , welcomed and seated , then choose from menu , go order and pay and food comes out , eat and done . Music and atmosphere were good , the staff friendly , and the food lovely .
I have to say spoke to Harry the manager reg our order and he went out of his way to make sure we got everything we ordered and it was spot on hats of to him also so friendly and helpful. Thank you

Very impressive and was seated quickly even though there seemed to be a wait. Quick service and was checked up on constantly if me food was OK. But toilets could have been checked because most of them didn't have toilet roll
Was very understaffed when we visited. But we were seated fairly quickly. And ordered through the app as suggested by the very friendly staff. Food was fairly prompt and prepared to a good standard, very nice will be back.

Very good Nando’s, quite during the weekdays in the evenings which is nice. Good service and nice food. I think they should get rid of wooden chairs as it gets uncomfortable after a while.

Not the best Nando’s but not the worst. The service is generally pretty slow but the food is ok. Last time I visited on a Sunday afternoon, one staff member was moving so slowly and with such a vacant expression it turned out to be really amusing to watch, and was a welcome distraction while waiting
