Pizza Express food is tasty, and pizzas are nice with lots of different choices to pick up. Food is prepared pretty fast. Waiters are to busy and it takes time to come maybe they need more stuff. Waiters are nice and polite. Nice seating area outside.

Had a lovely time, we had an American waitress serving us on the the day. She was very professional however, the only slight negative was how long it took clear the tables and get someone’s attention. There seemed to be work experience people, and no wanted to take responsibility for clearing table, giving salt when you ask someone or ordering a drink was very annoying. In my opinion just take the order and let the responsible waiter know. Don’t know how it goes but that’s how I want it to work. Food was lovely to be honest and it did not take too long to be served.
We tipped up with just a few minutes to go for last orders on Saturday. But it was not a problem. Staff are brilliant, they make the atmosphere and it was good! One of the waiters, Bill, looked like a slightly older version of my son and they had some banter which the whole team joined in on. Elevated the experience to another level and was excellent fun. Took some photos (no pressure) and had the very best of times.
Remember, good food tastes so much better in a great atmosphere and that’s what we had.

It's so nice when you pop into a Pizza Express restaurant and everything is great, not only was the food perfectly cooked and tasty, our two waitresses Ali from Poland and Faby from Brazil were truly fantastic. They were both so happy, friendly and very professional. They made my wife and I feel very relaxed making the whole time very pleasant and enjoyable and they are a credit to Pizza Express. We look forward to returning again very soon for some more perfect pizzas and seeing our perfect waitresses.
Alex and team ran a fantastic pizza making party for our 5 year old son and his classmates today. Alex and colleagues made the whole process great fun and went above and beyond to make sure all the children had a memorable time (and a delicious pizza to enjoy)! Thoroughly recommend and I look forward to visiting again very soon.
Finally tried pizza express after seeing it in every corner. It was as expected from such a large chain, the food was good enough.
We got a mushroom pizza, cannelloni and lasagna which were all good. The service was nice but the atmosphere was very loud, it felt like we had to strain to have a conversation because of the loud music accompanied by the sounds in the kitchen and people.
Overall, it seems like a good family place to go to with a safe food option and decent prices. I think it was about 15£ per dish
The service here was great !! There was a lovely lady called alison and she was so sweet, honestly she gave the best customer service i've ever received. She drew a heart on the reciept which made my day! Alison deserves a raise !
We ate outside this afternoon and were served by Hannah who was absolutely amazing! Really helpful, happy and friendly. She is a true asset to Pizza Express and a true fine example of great customer service.
Thanks to Hannah and the team. We will probably go back when shopping there again.
Pizza Express Ashford Fashion Outlet is a paradise for pizza lovers! The Indian tika pizza was a true work of art, packed with flavors that could rival any runway show. The mango chutney and chilli added the perfect touch of spice to my taste buds. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was top-notch - I even got to watch the fresh dough being made! However, my experience was slightly marred by a little hiccup in the ordering process, which resulted in my pizza taking over 30 minutes to arrive. But, the manager was quick to make amends by giving us free wine and apologizing profusely. My friend's experience was even more interesting, he found 2 hair on his pizza plate but he decided to finish his pizza and then tell them about it and he got his pizza for free. All in all, it was an eventful evening but I'd definitely go back for the pizza and the free wine.
Just had a kids workshop in the pizza express in Ashford outlet and it was amazing. Lovely staff and great workshop and great food

What a delightful experience - Pizza Express was the only restaurant with space but thank goodness we went with them, myself and my friend had a lovely meal. She is coeliac and immediately they provided her with a gluten free menu. The restaurant was so busy but our server - we didn't catch their name but red hair and tattoos - was so friendly and chatty and funny, it was so refreshing and relaxing. Please let them know that it didn't go unnoticed, we were made to feel so welcome and valued, possibly the best experience I've ever had in a restaurant - I work in hospitality myself know it can be very hard to always be positive! Even helped us with downloading the app and checking in. Service was super speedy considering how busy the restaurant was and everything was very clean. Staff were clearly working very hard. The calzone was delicious - and they weren't kidding when they said spicy! Perfect level of spice. Chicken wings also delicious.
The only little things were accessibility - I'm on crutches due to a long term health issue and it was a bit difficult to navigate the restaurant as the tables are a bit close together in areas, but this was partly due to the other diners and not the fault of the restaurant. The red cord in the disabled bathroom was also tied up so I untangled it, but the knots in the cord will need to be sorted.
All in all, fantastic. Thank you for a lovely evening!
Honestly, the pizza in here is always, without exception perfect. The most important thing though- is that the staff, every last one of them totally charming and so sweet and kind to us. Our son (who's 3.5) is total carnage and they are so understanding and lovely. We love it here and the staff are all legends!
1st time eating here and I must say it was a very fast service , The staff were very friendly and professional the restaurant was very clean and tidy, if you down load the pizza express app you can get 50% of pizzas and there's loads more money off tokens I was impressed by everything so if you're hungry and there's a pizza express around pop in and give it a go ,I highly recommend trying and I recommend making your own pizza I have a margarita, bbq base ,ham pepperoni, onion, peppers , mushrooms, on whatever base I fancy it's absolutely fantastic highly recommend trying 😋
Really nice day out at the outlet, made even better with some pizza for dinner! Really nice restaurant, very kind staff and an overall appealing atmosphere. The food was also amazing.

We popped in for lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon, we hadn’t booked as we were on a spontaneous trip and thought we would try out Pizza Express as we were shopping at the outlet.
They had a table much to our delight and sat us down straight away, very swiftly we were then served a menu and given a few moments to browse the menu.
The service was speedy and sufficient by knowledgable staff and the food was delish. The staff were funny and very easy to chat to, which we do almost every time we’re out! We can’t help but start a conversation about the most random subjects but definitely made our experience more memorable and fun!
Definitely would recommend if you at the outlet and if you’re not, maybe you should be! :)
