After checking in, late, at a B&B around the corner, the next thing to do, was finding some food.
Not sure if the advertised closing time is accurate. As we entered close to closing time, but could still order dinner and sit there (we were not the only tables filled) till after closing time.
I enjoyed my "Fillet Steak (6oz) with Pepper Sauce, Gratin Dauphinois, Green Beans & Carrots " for £19.50.
The server was very friendly, the ambience was fine.
If I’m ever in Ashford again, I’d come back.
Authentic French restaurant in the heart of Ashford! Very friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcome throughout your entire visit. The food was absolutely gorgeous and for very good prices. My husband and I ordered the croque-monsieur and croque madame. I will be sure to visit this cosy little restaurant again soon!
Really nice food. We went at lunchtime and they're croque monsieur and madame's are great.
A lovely unpretentious bistro. Freshly cooked food. There is a set menu for the day which is under £10 for a 3 course meal. There are more choices on the a la carte menu. Have been a few times and will definitely be going back.
Nice little restaurant. Had a very pleasant late lunch/afternoon tea. Put up with our hyperactive kids running riot happily as they weren't busy.
Will be back again.
Ambiance, food and welcome all terrific. The menu du jour is incredible value. I have been for lunch and supper on several occasions and will continue to do so.
Nice decor, music and food. Small but excellent menu. Come on Ashfordians; support your local French bistro!
Great traditional food, warm welcome, really appreciate having a French restaurant in Ashford at last - would highly recommend it .
Had an enjoyable evening at Cafe de Paris. Good food - can recommend the French onion soup and the steak with pepper sauce.
I had a wonderful meal here with friends. The hosts were very welcoming and it was a warm, friendly, family atmosphere.
