Very nice layout inside and decor. Staff very friendly and great service. Good atmosphere. Had the roast sharer platter. Great value and £3.50 for refillable soft drink. Unfortunately the veg in the roast wasn’t great, hard boiled carrots, more stalks than broccoli. Roast potatoes were nice if a li
I was served today by a young lady called Alex, who is very polite and hard-working. The service was impeccable. Alex showed maturity beyond her years, which is very impressive. Nice place, relaxed atmosphere with great customer service. The staff keep offering me a seat closer to their vacuum clean
Nice little cosy looking pub/restaurant on the A20 with a premiere inn next to it if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area. We are local and have Come to the woolpack many times with no issues. Unfortunately on this visit there were issues. We ordered the steak surf and turf combi. Pric
We just had an early father's day dinner here. I'm a bit awkward with my food due to stomach issues. So I asked if I could have the flatbread instead of a bun on my build a burger. So I ended up with a chicken breast and halloumi in flatbread and it was delicious. (You need this on your menu😊) Also
Friendly and helpful staff here. A good selection of food available for all tastes from a comprehensive menu. Nice range of drinks too, again appealing to all. Service was not rushed. Food arrived nicely presented. Lots of parking with a ramp for disabled access. Top tip: book a table as it is popul
Excellent service from Amber who looked after us. She was a joy to deal with as well as being efficient and professional. Good food, overall a lovely evening.
Great place, has more rustic charm than the new beefeater at Eureka. Usually only go when the reward club emails come through as the deals like 40% off are great value. The menu has a wide choice and all pretty tasty.
Midweek, afternoon lunch with 2 work colleagues, a fair bit off the beaten track, hence 3* as there was little atmosphere. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay the bill as our waitress was chatting to other dinners, which isn't bad, but we needed to catch a train and didn't have the luxury of time. The foo
Such a lovely place! We came here for a wake, they had a buffet and it was really good food. The service was great
Sheila made (all 7 of us) really welcome and took all the orders for breakfast from us, all different, but faultlessly delivered. We've been to other Beefeaters and this was the best breakfast I've had. Everything was cooked just as I like...bacon and hash browns nicely crispy and scrambled eggs sof
Lovely venue. Waitress was superb. Food was very tasty but an hours wait for our main course and a side dish was missing (when the mistake was finally realised by waitress she was excellent and gave me the side dish for free)
Went here for lunch. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Burger was perfectly ok too, nothing to complain about. Could have done with a few more chips though tbh. I wasn't all that pleased with dessert, however, because the waffle had been microwaved and was therefore a bit soft n soggy. All in al
So it has been a few years since we have been to this beefeater and it has improved a lot since we was last here. Food was very nice not rushed and it makes all the difference. Would highly recommend Hothfield Beefeater. Staff have been helpful and nice lots of smiles. Needs a few touch ups on the d
Popped in on way home from the zoo. Excellent service from Stacey and Jamie. Although it was extremely busy the staff were still polite and helpful. Didn't wait long for food. Have no complaints and would deciently visit again
