My primary reason for a review is the outstanding asset a young waitress is to this place. On Sunday 11JUN a walking group arrived at the Swan, later than expected, and hot and thirsty. The weather was extremely warm that day but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, a young lady could not have done enough for us. She had that rare gift of anticipating our needs before we asked. She was sharp, friendly, very efficient, positive, offering multiple jugs of iced water along with soft and firmer drinks, took our orders first time and without fault, delivered all at the same time, checked, and generally treated us as well as anywhere I've been. I would employ this lady in an instant, a classic example of pure potential. The food wasn't bad either. That's enough said. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Really enjoyed this pub for some lunch, the brie & bacon sandwich was delicious and I would definitely recommend. The pub itself was really cute and I can see the garden would be perfect for when it's a little less windy! The service was great and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely little pub, we travelled down for one of their regular bike nights. It was busy but we were served quickly and without issue, the food outside was ok (very basic) but I guess when prepping food for 200plus bikers simple is fast.

Gave this lovely pub a visit, whilst in the Kent area, nice location, Warm welcome from Martin who was very accomodating, so was the polite young waitress Georgia, great pretty out door garden with ample tables, Food was all home cooked and delicious, highly recommend to those in the area

Big garden, plenty of space. Looked cosy inside with people having Sunday roasts. Need to drive there though as it's one of those 'out of the way' pubs in rural Kent.

Little gem in the middle of nowhere. We had the Pork Belly dish and I have to say it was the best I have ever had. The Staff were extremely Friendly and Attentive and I was delighted to pay the discretionary Service charge as well deserved. Love the log fires as well. Very highly recommended, so give it a visit if your around the area as well worth it.

Visited the Swan for a wake. Beer was good and service great and very attentive. Apparently they do Thai on a Friday - so will revisit.

Lovely pub, quiet in the middle of the week. The beast burger lived up to its name and my wife really enjoyed the lasagne. Feels local but welcoming.

I can’t recommend this place enough, the food is amazing! We went here this afternoon for a roast, and we think it was the best roast we’ve ever tasted- absolutely delicious. The service is also brilliant, the staff are so friendly and helpful :)

What an amazing pub. Been driving passed for over a year, finally stopped off. My only regret is I'd not stopped sooner! The food was fantastic and I think reasonably priced. Kids cleaned their plates which is unheard of and the staff friendly and helpful. Will I be going back? yes I will as I've heard the ribs are amazing.....

Lovely pub, lovely location with play area for the children plus a stream to sit and while away a couple of hours over a glass of beer and some lunch. Probably best to book if you want to eat. Food has been really good each time we've been.
