After a beautiful walk along the River Wye, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Bulls Head. Delicious food, very generous portions and friendly staff and locals, we were made to feel very welcome thank you, great way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you Peter for giving us a tour of the local area.
This delightful whitewashed former coaching inn is located on the main street. Popped in here on a Sunday afternoon while on a day excursion. It seemed to be the only place open and it was packed, but the bar staff though very busy were really welcoming and friendly. The bar lounge is cosy and full

From the minute we walked in we felt welcome even though the pub was very busy, the service was professional and fast. All of the staff were attentive, polite and delivered outstanding service. The ambiance of the pub is great, with lovely decor and a cosy feel. I had a great stout (3 in fact) and
