Really nice pub run by a very friendly, welcoming couple.
Pie and mash was delicious, could maybe have used some veg to go with it vut what we received was high quality and really reasonably priced.
Will definitely go back and looking forward to seeing the menu develop as they settle in.
Lovely pub in a lovely village with lovely welcoming hosts - what else can you ask for? Oh yes, the real ale on draft was really well kept and a great pint. If I am ever in Ashburton I will certainly make a bee line for this pub.

Free pool on Wednesday, music acts on the occasion, and the type of bar where you can strike up a decent conversation with anyone.

Good real ale from the local Lion Brewery and great beer garden. Plenty of organised music events.
