Stopped off while passing through Ashbourne for a spot of lunch, it's a great little place with tasty food and nice beers. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to me being and awkward customer. Would definitely return if ever passing through again.

Staff are full of knowledge and so helpful...best gin selection I've seen in a long long time and my hubby was wowed by the craft beers. We will 100% be back for more!

Small, quirky and friendly. Nearly as many dogs as customers. Well worth visiting. Lovely atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. A cut above your average micropub. M

We visited this cafe bar for the first time on Saturday ,friendly greeting ,lovely and warm as it was freezing , great food beautifully presented, dog biscuits and water for the dog ,but the thing that stood out for me was the cleanliness of the whole place especially the toilets with fresh clean towels, will definitely go back when next in Ashbourne, it was a very pleasing experience.

Lovely atmosphere, warm and friendly, good range of drinks available from beer to gins, seems to be a favourite of my parents anyhow, reasonable prices

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Particularly enjoyed the barman James’ choice in music- who knew that a fusion of Gregorian Chants and Satanic death metal could come off so well!
