Beautiful sunny morning in Ashbourne
today. I was looking for somewhere to go and get a cappuccino and sit in the sun, some where quiet. And this was just the perfect place. A lovely, pleasant girl served me and politely moved the chairs for me to make room for me at the table, just outside the shop, as I am a wheelchair user.

Lovely layout. Great ice-cream selection and reasonably priced. I brought my partner and my two young kids here to meet Santa. It was a great experience and the staff were very kind and helpful. It's a nice spot to bring the family out for a treat or even a date. I would highly recommend!

Lovely icecream, I myself enjoy the special pots for €5 the are worth the price and are gorgeous. They also make different unique incream favours such as wicked and malteasers. And I think my dog aslo loved the icecream!

This is a gem. It's rare enough that you go into a place and have a genuinely lovely time. This was one of them. Went in with my kids to celebrate my daughter's first GAA match with her school.
Straight off the bat, the interaction with the fabulous lady behind the counter (who I discovered subsequently is one of the owners) was great. She was really friendly but in a genuine, "this is how I am" kind of way, not put on in the slightest. She chatted away to the kids and helped them decide what they wanted, examining flavours etc., with no pressure or rush at all. Made them feel like they were the only people in the world at that moment. Fab.
Sat to have our ice cream, which was really nice, and my son had a crêpe which he described as the best one he has ever eaten. I was delighted to see him go up and tell the lady that also! Well deserved praise.
I ordered a flat white, very reasonably priced at €2.60, and it came with a mini ice cream cone! Pleasant and delicious surprise. Great to see they are using local coffee also (Ariosa) which was really nice too.
The vibe in the place was very relaxed, the place was also very clean and what I was very impressed with was the care and detail shown by the lady when cleaning the coffee machine. Meticulous detail, showing genuine interest and most importantly passion, for her business. It's really great to see people showing genuine passion for what they do and it adds so much to the customer experience. To be honest it was evident from the minute we walked in, but the coffee machine was a really good example of passion that's genuine rather than for show.
I was very happy to give feedback to this effect to the host when we finished up. It's too rare an occurrence to have a truly high quality customer experience in a business, but when you do, it absolutely need to be highlighted.
Without doubt will go back here again and very much looking forward to it. Well done on such a great experience for us in your lovely shop!

Most amazing ice-cream place, well worth the 25 min (from glasnevin) drive out, fab funky 50s decor yet unique. Staff are amazing and friendly, and a whole rang of American candy and boxes of American cereals
Nice spot with a good range of options. Their sauces are from a bottle. My partner was a bit disappointed with their fudge sauce as it was just a standard chocolate sauce. The banoffee was very good though.
High quality premium ice cream.
Good selection of flavors. I got toblerone and white chocolate.
