Wonderful Thai dinner last night at the Thai Basement with friends. Have been lots of times over the past 10 years and now getting round to writing a review.

A charismatic little restaurant underground in the centre of town. Servers were really nice and attentive and prompt. Food was very tasty and nicely presented but I don't know, maybe anticlimactic, I was expecting more of a taste explosion.....maybe I ordered the wrong things and should return one

Had a lovely meal with my wife at the Thai Basement in Ashbourne. This had been recommended by our in-laws and it didn’t disappoint.
Unlike other local Thai’s, the menu is more catered towards western tastes but the food and service did not disappoint.
Would recommend a visit if you’re in the area
Cozy and quite place with reasonable prices and wide range of menu options. Definitely will come back for another family lunch.
