The food was delicious. Such a good price aswell. The lady who served us is very good. Cheerful, great sense of humour
While in UK my cousin took us to Checkers in to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. The food and service was amazing. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time

First experience of the chequer Inn, food was great! I had a very tasty burger and the chips were fantastic.
Service was great, and there was a lovely buzz to the place.

Could do with easier access for pushchairs/wheelchairs though.
Lovely pub in a lovely village! We were a bug group booking and were late, so didn't help them out but the service was great as was the food. Would happy return if back in the area.

Lovely Sunday lunch, with friends, very friendly staff, and nice to sit in the garden while while we waited for our meal, shame they forgot the starter (but not a problem as the staff were very apologetic) and had a laugh with her. Will definitely go again.
One of the nicest pubs I have been to. So very welcoming to our little family. We spent all afternoon there. We are looking forward to returning there next year
Had a fabulous lunch here for Mother's Day! Food was delicious with a nice variety of veg with the roast and huge Yorkshire puddings! Service was excellent...very accommodating of my two sons and very friendly with free prosecco for the mum's! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Really very good indeed; lots of veggie choices, I had the burger with lovely chips and my partner and sister had the ham hock of which there was loads. Recommended, and will definitely go again!
Loved it here. Great food and atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Partner is a vegan and she was very happy with her meal, a few options for her as well. Very spacious inside and they accommodated our little pooch as well. Will be back for sure.
