We had vouchers that were given as a gift and used them for Sunday lunch. We were recommended the Beef Wellington and it did not disappoint. Cracking bottle of well priced Amarone too. Thank you… I’ll go back 👍👍
Just randomly searched for places to eat at Arundel as it was my first time in the area, and I was not disappointed in choosing The Steakist. I ordered The Steakist Breakfast, and the food was excellent, with a good portion and reasonable price for an 8 oz steak. The staff was accommodating, excellent service overall. I would definitely come back to try other food on the menu if I'll be around the area again.
Good food, good service. Staff are very helpful. Booked a table for 6pm and things were swift without feeling rushed.
Really enjoyed the breakfast menu here. Food was really good although it did take 40 minutes to arrive. We were in no rush so not a problem. Would definitely recommend and revisit.
We celebrated my fiancés' 30th birthday at The Steakist over the weekend. There were 14 of us who joined for a sunday roast. We were meant to be in the private room upstairs but unfortunately due to the torrential rain there was a pretty bad leak coming through the ceiling which we felt was a safety hazard.
I would have preferred to have known prior to arriving, but they were very accommodating and made space for us in the downstairs restaurant. It was quite tight on space but we were glad that we could still have our roasts!
The staff were excellent, very quick to takes orders and bring food and drinks. We were never left waiting very long. The roasts were good, not the best we've had but decent. I had my plate of food first and it was only lukewarm which was abit of a shame, but I do like my food piping hot. However overall there weren't any complaints. Generally it was an good experience.
Delicious food, good service and a nice atmosphere. So nice to have a fish option other than fish and chips. The seared yellow fin tuna was delicious.
The food was absolutely delicious and the steak cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere is quite cosy! I highly recommend, the food is divine! (Please open a branch in Brighton!! So we can visit all the time)
Today we had brunch here and it was great! Really enjoyed the menu and a nice choice of different drinks. Love the decor, great service. We will be back!! 😋
One of the best rump steaks I have ever had , precisely cooked and served with mushrooms and sauce.
Fantastic all around especially for the gluten free, good selection on the menu and the steaks were perfect with a subtle twist and great service. Enjoyed the Californian red and felt it was great value overall in fun setting… in a beautiful town
Lovely starter & steak, bottle of red; sirloin steak was beautiful! Great service and nice atmosphere . Menu is rightly small so caters for everyone. Will definitely visit again👍
