We came across this lovely cafe whilst staying with family a few years ago and now make a point of visting every time we are in the area. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The food is beautifully presented and there is a wide selection. The prices are reasonable for the area. The location is great, our children love watching the swans on the river.

Fantastic cafe, fantastic location and most importantly fantastic service. This is one of Arundel´s gems and a must for any visit to the area or if your fortunate enough like me to live local then for regular visits The homemade food and pleasent staff make this my absolute favourite place to pop in for a coffee or a full lunch!!

Chose this cafe as it has the best positioning in Arundel by far! With lovely seating by the river outside and a cosy atmosphere inside I have revisited a few times in all weathers. All the staff seemed really friendly and was glad to see that my food was made fresh on order with special requests welcomed with no hassle :)

Grabbed a sandwich the other day when going for a walk along the river. Fabulous sandwich-filled well with delicious ham and salad-all freshly made. Reasonable price. Set by river it is easy to see why busy. Had couple of drinks too so armed for long walk. They do deliver so good for local businesses or fo a party.

Always excellent sitting next to the River Arun with the spectacular Arundel Castle as your backdrop. Perfect. Delicious Coronation chicken sandwich and very good coffee as I stopped by on my bike ride. Friendly professional service.

It was just twenty minutes to closing but we were welcomed, cheerfully served with good coffee and delicious toasted teacakes. Even as they tidied up we felt under no pressure to go. Lovely staff, good food and drink and a wonderful position on the riverbank. Go if you can, especially if you are waiting for your coach or bus to go!

Very welcoming staff. We did have to wait 30 minutes after our order was taken for two sandwiches for which we received an apology. However, the egg and crispy bacon sandwich was well worth the wait, just superb.

The perfect place to have a breakfast before going up to the castle. The location is beautiful with views of the river, plenty of outdoor seating and friendly staff. We had two standard breakfasts, the poached eggs were the best we've ever had, we will definitely be back!

A lovely little riverside café, offering an array of scrumptious sandwiches, cakes & more. The staff were super friendly, attentive & helpful. The soup of the day I had was delicious and you could tell it was home made! I'd definitely recommend a visit here, particularly if you can get a table outside of a sunny day overlooking the river.

Delicious honey ham sandwich in the freshest granary bread I've ever eaten and came out with salad garnish and some crisps. Very good service that's table service outside too. Would recommend.

Well located cafe right on the river with a good amount of outdoor seating, which was the reason we stopped in during a recent visit to Arundel. Coffees were of a reasonable standard and the food was good - I had a mushroom soup and sausage roll and my friend a panini. I’d echo what other reviewers have said about service being a bit slow and food coming out to the table as it’s ready, rather than as a table’s overall order which can feel a bit awkward. Staff were friendly though, so overall a good spot.

Food and coffee really nice, and fairly priced. It's not a fast food outlet so be prepared for a short wait. Staff really pleasant, and the location is nice, overlooking the river.
