Absolutely amazing, start to finish. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavours. The gentleman warned us a couple dishes were spicy, which they were, but not so much the heat overtook the flavours. The wings were fantastic, the sauce was unique, the heat just right.
Food is tasty and made quickly - we can usually collect within 15 minutes. Only downside is that it’s quite expensive.
Love this place. Restaurant quality food delivered to your door is what you get here. Look at the attention to detail they put into their packaging, you know the food inside is going to have the same detail added to it.

Really good food, we are vegan and found the website easy and informative to place the order. Food was very fresh. People saying it's overpriced is a little unfair, we feel the ingredients used are of a much higher quality than the more traditional Chinese takeaways. Will buy again

Really nice food, plenty of interesting vegan options. Staff are friendly and make sure orders are ready on time. We order here often and any minor issues have always been quickly resolved without any issue.
Also great that nearly all the packaging is recyclable!

Second time we've ordered from here, super tasty and great vegan options. We had to wait about 10 minutes on collection so we were given a doughnut and two drinks free as an apology. Great service!
Our first order from Chao Chao - Wow! By far the best takeaway we've had. Ordered on a Saturday during lockdown so knew they were busy, took about an hour. The food was amazing! Tasty, fresh and delicious. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. Even the packaging was quality! I cant recommend enoug

Just because food is not eye wateringly spicy it does not mean it's bland and if you have a fine palate you can appreciate this food, which I do.
