Went for their steak dinner offer. First class staff very friendly. Would recommend this place. Thinking of staying here on our next visit.
I love this hotel so friendly staff and a great place to eat !
Brilliant live music on a Wednesday night! Amazing home made goujons! Goes above and beyond to accommodate you with a room suitable to your needs!
The John O'Connor Writing School Festival loves this hotel! Service second to none!
Great local run hotel. Staff are brilliant and really friendly. Where else would you get tea and toast from the night porter??
Lovely stay, friendly staff.
Everyone was a joy. The Night Porter is worth his weight in 'Btilliant'. I only met him over Breakfast. He is a credit to our Irish times of Storytelling & Tradition.
Rock on.
I certainly shall be staying again.

A family run hotel. Big rooms, warm easy free parking right in the heart of Armagh. It's a friendly hotel the free entertainment was brilliant on the Saturday night. Will say it's due bit of a make over! but it's clean, warm relaxing, the staff you can see enjoy the job, very plesent helpful young staff. The food was lovely not overly priced. Will definitely be back soon, the atmosphere was relaxed. Suport this family run hotel they are providing a brilliant service to the people far and wide.
No USB, and very few electrical plugs. Other than that, a passable room. The staff however was terrific!

Clean quiet exactly what you pay for, very friendly & helpful staff - food fresh & piping hot we will be back
A very welcoming and pleasant place to stay. They do have a bar and disco on a Saturday night but it does end about midnight, if you are staying on a Saturday you may be better off joining the party as the noise in the rooms is loud. Basic rooms exceptionally tidy could do with a bit of modernising. I would stay here again, very friendly staff, nice food and a good location.
A two star hotel that looks after guests with great care. Very comfortable, huge bed. Great location, and really fantastic team. The car park is a good bonus too.
Stayed at the Charlemont Arms Hotel for three nights in October 2022. It was honestly an incredible stay. The hosts Helen and Judith made me feel at home. The hospitality I was shown was beyond anything I could have expected. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and a nice bathtub. I felt very secure. They offered free breakfast from a good sized menu in the hotel restaurant and I had great dinners at reasonable prices in the same restaurant. I would be happy to return and would highly recommend it to all travelers. Wish I could give it six stars.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Irish breakfast is a big meal!
Room is a little tired, could be updated, lift was not in operation on either day.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, nice breakfast.
Really lovely staff, good choice on menu. Place has been done up and is nice fresh and clean. All covid rules adhered to. We chose the 2 courses, main and dessert very reasonably priced. We both had the roast beef, looked and tasted divine! Followed by trifle, beautifully presented- must say the portions were great, value for money.Cant wait to go back.
We called in for dinner and sat in tuckers bar, which is joined onto the hotel and the food came from the same kitchen, we were told. The bar is vintage in appearance but was clean and tidy. A lovely girl asked us quickly what we wanted to drink and took our order. We ordered off the specials board as we both wanted dinner. Roast beef and pork loin roast was our choices. Our meals arrived quickly and very hot. Really enjoyed our meal and would call again. Next time we would go to hotel restaurant. The place was busy and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
Just went for food excellent.
Great Hotel. Helen, Judith and all the staff are welcoming, cheerful and ensure their Hotel feels like a home from home. Highly recommend.
