First visit to this restaurant. Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The best Indian food by far . As well as being really clean and relaxing , the food is 10/10 . The staff are the really really friendly especially Russell. He made a great effort. I've been in large groups with my friends and we got the foods as we wanted. A must visit for any curry enthusiasts. Would definitely go back

Lovely classic Indian restaurant with very friendly staff. Not eaten there before tonight and will definitely use again. The pleasant surprise was the 'Banquet Evening ' offer which we took advantage of while there.

I went to this place because the Google reviews were very high ,highly rated opinions and the place look to be well worth a visit so I thought this is where I should have my evening meal. When I got there the manager I think he was, looked like it, actually looked me up and down as though I was not worthy of his establishment, and I said table for one please, he got a waiter to put me at a table that was tucked away and it of sight. I felt somewhat hidden. Anyway I ordered, and the food came. The rice and mains were excellent, but the side dish was not what I wanted. Because I was tucked away out of sight it was almost near the end of my meal, before anyone decided to check if all was ok. It was not, my side dish was terrible, so I told them. They agreed and said would I like it replacing, but as I had almost finished I saw no point. However one must point out that they also did not charge for that side dish. I said I would go back, but work prevented me from doing so , I had to go else were for my work and did not have time to go back.
The manger needs to work on his charger facing skills, his staff were excellent
Best Indian around. All the staff are absolutely amazing and you can’t beat a good laugh with them. Very comfortable environment and the food is the best!

Excellent place for the most part, can sometimes be a bit hit and miss as a couple of times the chicken has been very chewy. But most of the time it’s fantastic and worth every penny.
Amazing decor, recently refurbished, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Staff were very warming and made us feel comfortable just the way you want it. The food was amazing I must say the chef skills are amazing. Defo worth the price. Will be coming again.

Took a few colleagues here for dinner this evening. Food was amazing, all freshly made and from scratch, nothing seemed out of a packet, clearly a lot of attention to detail with spices. Good value for money! £11.95 on a Sunday evening for all the works, so much food I could not eat it all! Colleagues were impressed and it was a good atmosphere. Staff showed just right amount of attentiveness even though it was a fairly quiet evening for them. Very happy, will certainly be going again!
First time here tonight. So much excellent feedback we had to try. It was amazing service and food. Even got to chat about the history of Raj Villa ... Very reasonable to, i would highly recommend 😊

We have just moved to the area and I thought I would give it a few tries before leaving a review. Today was the 3rd time I've been to this place and all I can say is that I'm lost for words but just WOW! I've never stepped into a place and felt so welcomed by the staff there, from the 1st time the moment of sitting to walking out was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time, you can tell these guys have been doing this for a long time and know how to make their customers feel good.
The venue:
It seems like they have just redecorated and redesigned, but not your normal cowboy slap of paint jobs, it looks like they have gone out of their way to get professionals to design and decorate. See 10/10 on that.

For starters we had the chicken chat puri and king prawn butterfly and wow! The king prawn butterfly just tasted so fresh and was cooked to perfection. The crispyness and flavours just hit every taste bud.
Mains:
We ordered villa tikka zalzala and Chicken royal bangalore. We went for something different and it was just amazing, there aren't any words to describe.
Overall I must say, we are very happy to find a nice local restaurant, just know they now have a loyal customer for life.
Please keep up the good work guys, after the whole year with covid that everyone has had, it's things like this that helps us stay mentally healthy.

Lovely meal with the girlfriend. Good service overall and good food, albeit I was simply ignored on 2 occasions. I asked questions to waiters when delivering stuff to the table and they just walked away, I just wanted another drink on one of them ocasions and had to leave the table to order one, if service was more on point, 2 additional drinks would have been ordered, as were needed but we didnt bother in the end.

Really beautiful food. Always so fresh and the meat is always cooked to perfection. Been using for 8 years now, both dining in, when I lived local, but now mainly Take-Away since moving. We have tried all the new local venues since our move, and although they are very nice too, myself and my wife just keep reaching for the Raj Villa menu over the others. The service is outstanding, we have always felt the warmth of being looked after not just as valued customers, but also as guests by which this venue clearly takes great pleasure in providing you with their very best efforts and hospitality they have to offer. The restaurant is beautifully romantic, comfortable and peaceful in my experience, and also the over and above service we recieve on take out nights is reliable, fast and also great value for money. Thanks everyone at Raj Villa that creates and maintains this little Gem. :-)
