Bought cod & chips to eat on the seafront. The chips were great. Nice crispy texture. The fish was the best I've had in a long time! Batter and cod very light. A must when in Appledore!
The staff were very nice and accommodating. Considering we turned up 15mims before closing and there was a long queue already there before us. Good fish and chips .But its let down by the young girl that works behind the counter. IF SHE SMILED SHE WOULD CRACK HER FACE....she must be the the most miserable person ive ever come across that works in the catering industry.
Absolutely superb, found by accident up a side street, had banter with owner, saying, looks great, he said tastes xxxx, had a laugh, fish n chips x4 curry sauce, iro £36, superb value, best chips, best batter, fish just awsome...next year when regatta on, it's on our list to visit again
