A big thank you to all the staff at the Royal George for looking after our daughter's wedding so very well. From the initial planning right through to the actual event everything went smoothly. Communication between Sasha & Alison and our daughter/future son-in-law was excellent with tasting menus

Fantastic dog friendly place to eat. We had 4 meals here during our week long stay in Appledore. Sunday lunch was one of the best I have had in a long time. We ate in the upstairs restaurant and it was a lovely experience. The views over the water are great and the service and atmosphere was really good. There were a good choice of quite simple dishes with great flavour. Priced very reasonably for the quality. Recommended.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Appledore. Room we had was great size for a family with separate room for the kids and a balcony overlooking the estuary. What a gem of a place! Fantastic food and a view to die for from the tables.
