Our first visit to the Boathouse will not be our last. We really enjoyed it! Everything about it was really good considering they only reopened a few days ago. We found the atmosphere very relaxing and we weren't rushed in any way. Service was great, not in your face or inattentive but just right.
What an improvement! Congrats to the new owners/management. A truly great meal today - Sole Veronique for me and Venison Cottage Pie for him. Truly delicious perfectly cooked food which was served by friendly, attentive staff in the beautiful surroundings of Lough Neagh. The Boathouse Banger cocktai
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the The boathouse a charming restaurant that overlooked lough neagh. The ambiance was delightful, with the tranquil view of the water creating a soothing and picturesque backdrop for the entire dining experience.
The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the
Practically perfect in every way.
We arrived for a bite of lunch not realizing that it is normal practice to have a reservation at this venue, however we were very kindly accommodated. We are more prone to have a treat like this from time to time now that there is only one little one at home. The at
We had the pleasure of dining here on Sunday night. The night they closed their doors. It's a shame they had to close down it was a lovely spot. The pizza was so good.
First time visiting under new ownership and WOW what a meal we had.
The Sunday roast menu was delicious and all courses were great. Really good value too and the kids menu wasn’t just sausage and chips!!
We will be back again soon. Thank you team Boathouse!
What an absolute treat it was to discover this place. Chic, quirky, nautical decor, tremendously attentive staff and some of the best seafood I've experienced, with finesse given to all the dishes' presentation. Oh and the dessert blew me away also.
Excellent food and very good service, will be back and nice view of the wee loch
Wasn't our first visit to the Boathouse and won't be our last. Little wait on the food, but it was worth it as the food was so fresh. Soft Shell 🦀 followed by Fishermans Bap and pizzas 🍕 (that were huge) I recommend the Loughneagh Rescue pizza.
There is no doubt, one is the best ambience in town. Food is awesome but it comes with a price. It's dearer than I thought as compared to other places in Antrim.
Great place in Antrim to go for a meal. All food served is using local and seasonal products! Service amazing too.
Really enjoyed it !
Oh wow! The food was absolutely superb!!! I mean... Outstanding!! I got the salmon and smoked eel starter which was just pure flavour!!! Then I had the Italian burger which yet again was brilliant! The chips are like chip shop chips but 10 times better and crispier!
My wife got the chicken pizza whi
Went for meal with my family we all really enjoyed our meals. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for any occasion for all ages.
Decent food at a reasonable price, but what let it down was the sloppy service. Had to get up and ask for things a couple of times, including the dessert menu, which they forgot to bring after we had asked. Also, we struggled to pay.
The view was great but better outside than in.
Outstanding location and even better food. Staff were really attentive and friendly and place had great vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Homemade woodfired pizzas looked amazing. Book in advance but would highly recommend a visit.
Food was delicious! Went with family and friends for a lunch date and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Nice scenery to look out on and reasonable prices. Highly recommended 😊
Went this week first time as so many friends has recommended this place!
They were right! Atmosphere is so pretty and cosy! Food is delicious! Staff very nice too!
Went for a meal at the boathouse this evening, must say they have done a fantastic job, the place looks ultra slick outside, inside the sea theme is amazing decor!
The view of the Lough 🌊 is surreal, probably one of the best views in Antrim.
Then the food and service, both fantastic in their own r
