My second time in Jakes for my mum & dads ruby wedding anniversary & mums bday last night! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! They couldn’t have done enough! Thanks so much! Def recommend this place and definitely will be back! Great atmosphere & food was again delicious! Thanks again!
Took the Family for Mother's Day and have to say I was blown away by the carvery, lots of food had a starter and main and trio dessert and it was all lovely, highly recommend this place and will definitely be attending the carvery again.

Well I won the Facebook competition 3 course carvery for today..so my sister and I went omg the food was first class could ask for no better the staff were so friendly can’t do enough for you thank you Jakes for the lovely food �
Had Afternoon tea yesterday it was lovely, would recommend it and the staff were excellent couldn’t do enough for us �
We were accommodated with a table for 10 people at very short notice, had first class service throughout from professional and friendly staff. The food was served very timely and was delicious with generous servings. My only gripe would be that I was unable to have buy a single glass of Chardonnay, I had to purchase a bottle, other than that everything was perfect and was great value for money. Highly recommended!!
What a brilliant Venue to DJ in as was in here on Friday night doing my friends 40th Birthday party and what can I say atmosphere in here was great not to mention all the staff were top notch thanks for a great night and the food in the buffet was lovely
Had a brillant night at Jake's. The staff were great and your waitresses deserve a medal for dealing with a large party. Some of our group tonight were from out of town and this was their first visit - they were already planning the next night back. All thanks to the lovely restaurant staff and food...well done and thanks for a lovely night �
What can I say well for the first time Jake's had a wedding dinner in there today for my beautiful daughter Debra and son in law Sean and what I want to say is thank you so much for all that you done for my family on both side's is unbelievable, The staff are outstanding to say the least and nothing was a bother to them, the way they treated us was the best I have seen in a long time and the food oh my God i dont think am going to have to eat for a week, thank you Jake's for making us feel so special it means a lot xxxxx

I had my Mums birthday here on Sunday,tried the carvery for the first time and really enjoyed it. It is great that you can choose 1,2,or 3 courses. Great value and staff are really friendly and helpful.

Was there on Sunday for the first time for the carvery. It was amazing food was good and the staff was friendly and kept checking making sure everything was ok will be back again.
Went for a date night and was our first time eating in there and the food was absolutely gorgeous and the service from the staff was excellent, I really enjoyed the cocktails too so we will definitely be back again xx
Great food. Sever even brought my wife some lasagne which she had never tasted before with a little candle on it because it was her birthday too.

Best meal I've had in a good while, everything absolutely spot on.
The only small criticism was the music, one minute aggressive C Rap music with not the best words for a family meal atmosphere. Then back to more normal music, then classical and back to wired up C Rap music.
But all in all would definitely go back again!!

Love this place. Food is always amazing with a huge selection. Slowly working through trying it all!!!! Staff are always pleasant and couldnt fault the service. Very reasonably priced also. Visit quite frequently and am never disappointed.
