Delicious cakes, second time we've ordered some to collect on the day, excellent service. (Carrot cakes have raisins in them though, no mention on website about this!)

Well what a little gem of a coffee shop. The staff were lovely and the shop itself was super comfy, beautifully decorated with clean facilities. On the downside there is a small step to enter the shop so not wheelchair friendly but plenty of room once inside. A MASSIVE plus is that all proceeds from the shop go to the Loros Hospice charity. What more could you ask for!!
Had breakfast here accompanied by friends. We all chose something different and each one of us were extremely pleased with the food. My full English was so tasty, not greasy and excellent value for money. The place is light, airy and spotlessly clean. The lady who served us was friendly and efficient . I will certainly return here.
One of three small , friendly , cheerful cafes in Anstey . Of all are place to visit Peppercorns was the most welcoming with lovely staff , service , and food . There is the added bonus that part of the proceeds go to helping LOROS . This place is a must to visit .
Ordered afternoon tea for 30 people for my dad's 70th birthday and everyone said it was delicious, particularly the scones. The quantity was generous and the selection of sandwiches was very good. There was a bit of a mix up with the dietary requirements, but they were very apologetic and worked hard to fix it for us.
The cafe is bright & airy with nice decor & magazines to read. The staff were lovely & the Sunday breakfast was delicious. Some of the proceeds help LOROS which is an added bonus … we will definitely visit again ⭐️

We had five in our group and all had the all day breakfast, with a few different options thrown in. All the breakfast's came out together and we all loved what we had.
Peppercorns is a lovely clean place to go for something to eat and drink.
I have food in Peppercorns every time I come back to my home village, roughly every 2 months, and have been doing so for several years. - I have never disappointed. Food and service are always excellent.

We used Peppercorn Catering for our Wedding Day Menu, they created beautiful picnic hampers for us. Cathy is so personable and we knew we had chosen the right company as soon as we met her at the cafe in Anstey. Our guests were so complementary about the food. They made a real effort to cater for our gluten free guest, who was delighted with her menu. Thank you so much to all the staff who worked so hard to put our picnics together and a special thanks to Tracy and Kath who did an amazing job on the day! Only wish we lived closer to Leicester so we could be regular visitors to the cafe!
What a lovely place. Stopped by for a coffee and this was my first visit - it won't be the last. It is a lovely bright, clean and airy space with polite and friendly staff.
Cosy and sparkling clean. Good menu,..different from sausage..bacon..egg..etc. instead eggs Benedict.. croissants..etc. a nice change. Best cappuccino. Will definitely go again.
Reserved a table and pre-ordered as only have a short lunch. Food was ready the moment we arrived, was beautifully presented and extremely tasty. Cannot fault anything :-)
Lovely food, friendly service, the staff are always willing to try and help. The best chicken and bacon club sandwich I've ever had and the coleslaw is 1st class, hence why I'll never order anything else!!
