Came here as my little one was keen. Never disappointed. Amazing service and oh so yummy burger. Asked for extra grilled mushrooms and they gave a whole plate. They know how to wow customers.
4 stars because of price. Shake for £5.75 and fries for £6 is crazy. Big portions but price too high.

The answer was it was one of the nicest dirty burgers I've had in a while. Nice flavour, lots of tasty meat and oddly no grease which I was fully expecting.

The burger was amazing. I didn't realise it would be 2 burgers!! I also liked that the toppings were included and you can choose whichever you liked. I can't wait to try the fries next time. Oh and the free water was so cold I got brain freeze. Perfect for a hot summer day

Visited 5 Guys today (23 Mar 2022) for a burger and fries. Nice and clean store, order taken politely. Burger and fries were ready 7 mins after order. Burger and fries cooked to perfection.!
I did talk to Leo (support manager) and he acknowledged they had initial issues which have been addressed.

Burger was awesome wasn't a fan of this place I tried in Portsmouth but this one was better and I didn't end up ordering far too many chips. If you've never been a medium chips will feed 3 they do portions weird.

when the food is cool, its easier to distinguish between different flavours and texture. Thank you for your patience and not nagging me about my order and let it cool down for hour. 5 stars
