The steak was so tender and tasty. It was easy to have a dairy free meal with staff helping sub things that weren't suitable. Excellent service.
We visited the malthouse yesterday and was not disappointed! The food, drinks and service was excellent. I would 100% recommend this pub as a good place to eat and drink.
This was our first visit to the Malt House, and we will be going back. The food was excellent. We both had steaks, and they are among the best we have had, and considering their very reasonable prices they were exceptional. Our desserts were equally good, with great attention to detail on the plate. Our waiter Sean was very attentive, polite, and interested in his customers.

A very pleasant evening meal. The barman was the only person dealing with front of house, so he was barman and waiter all in one and did am excellent job. He was very apologetic about the wait but to be honest, we didn't notice? Food came out in a relatively acceptable time and it was absolutely amazing! Great food, great drink, great service! Well done guys. 👍😉
Popped in for a bite to eat after our son's graduation. The menu was full of home cooked meals and was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the food, with the portions being a good size. Puddings were fabulous, we recommend the apple crumble and the chocolate pudding. We will be back.

Lovely meal at the Malthouse for the four of us. Food was tasty and nicely presented. There was a range of nice beers and wine and the service was excellent. Will definitely visit again
