Absolutely wonderful cafe! The staff were delightful and made an exceptional spiced chai to match. I took it to go but will definitely be heading back soon

I love this chain. No matter which one I go in, it's always busy and bustling. The food offerings are limited in Andover, but I know this is more to do with the time of day that I have been there on a weekend. The servers are great, always with a smile. I just don't envy them having to clear the tables on top of their queues. I really rate them offering used coffee grounds for gardens, that's 5 stars on it's own.

So we have Costa and Nero's as well as other coffee shops in Andover. When I go to town though I always go here. The reason is the coffee/drinks are always great. Staff are nice and place clean. Pet friendly also. This local gem is great. I have had most of the menu and never been disappointed. Friends and family go here also and seems busy whenever I go so tells you something. If you in Andover and need a little pick me up go here and you won't be disappointed.

Good coffee and you can sit outside on a lovely sunny day. Inside is full of character. The staff are helpful but not very chatty on our visit. Did they want to be there? I'm not sure.

Great coffee and cake selections, hot food choices pretty good also. Bacon and sausage baps, pananis and sandwiches of general fillings are tasty, no wild goat cheese with dried avocado tears madness. Simple, tasty heat it up grub. Staff always friendly and cheerful. With a kind of post apocalyptic waste not want not style interior, random unmatched chairs etc, it is surprisingly comfortable in alot of them. Enclosed booths and a tucked away sofa area, ideal for nursing mums away from the busy street. High chairs plentiful. Baby changing facilites and disabled access is very good into the store. If your table was central then a wheel chair user may need assistance with manoeuvres. All in all, a nice place to sit for a good long while.

Always nice coffee from here, staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is great. The selection of different coffees is a little overwhelming at first, but they are all really nice

Was waiting for quite a while, they were short-staffed on that particular day. Such a lovely atmosphere! Really enjoyed the food and drinks here :-)
