What an absolute amazing meal my hubby and I had last night. The pulled pork burger was so lovely and my hubby said the 'steak ale pie' was the best pub pie he had ever had- massive chucks of meat and full of flavour. Presentation on all food was lovely. We will definitely be returning to this 'hidden food gem ' again!

Had Sunday Lunch today. Starters of chorizo hash and black pudding and bacon fritters to die for followed by roast beef and confit of belly pork dinners. Both service and food was fanrastic. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to everyone xx

Best quiz night and curry to go with it too. Friendly hard working staff who are happy to offer ale testers. Nice crowd, plenty of space and comfortable seats.

One of my favourite places to have a relaxing drink and meal out. The atmosphere and setting inside the pub resembles a countryside retreat with lots of character, but in the heart of Andover. Top service and very family welcoming. Thank you the queen Charlotte. I'd give ten stars if I could!

The Queen Charlotte is a popular pub in Andover, Hampshire. It is a large, family-friendly pub with a large beer garden and children's play area. The pub also has a sports bar with two pool tables, darts board and wide screen TV's showing live Sky & BT Sports. The pub serves a variety of food, including pub classics, burgers, pizzas and salads. The food is generally good quality and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and efficient. The pub is a popular spot for both locals and tourists. It is a great place to watch live sport, enjoy a meal or simply relax with a drink. Overall, the Queen Charlotte is a decent pub with a lot to offer. It is a great place to go for a drink, a meal or to watch live sport. However, it is important to be aware that it can be very busy and noisy during key fixtures and less family friendly.

I previously give this place a 2 star as last time I visited it was dark and dingy, food wernt great and dirty in the dining area and untidy and messy outside. I can honestly say I visited today and was not disappointed to say the least, the place has undergone a great change its very clean and tidy inside and out and looks inviting from outside for first time in a long time. The staff are great and very friendly, great atmosphere and with a new menu the food was great. £12 for lovely tasty lamb roast dinner, £13 in total as I had extra veg but thoroughly enjoyed it. Looks like this place has finally got its spark back, great job guys.

I can't express how happy I am that we chose this place for my mother in law's birthday! Jenna the party host was absolutely amazing! She was such a big help, and very accommodating - the staff were also very attentive. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!!! My brother and I came for a quick Sunday meal with my 9 month old. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, made us feel at home. Has recently had a refurb and change of management - so nice and clean and well kept, but still had a slightly shabby chic vibe and a nice atmosphere. Cricket was on in the background with a bit of low music - which was nice. They had a couple of decent high chairs (the basic IKEA ones - we have these as home, they're great). Ordered a couple of burgers and beers, both were really good and came reasonably quickly - not too quickly, so had time for a chat which was nice. Staff were happy to give me a jug of warm water to warm baby food up with and took time to wave and smile with the baby, which was very cute. Only one small point - would be great to have some baby changing facilities in the men's toilets / disabled. But they did offer to block off the ladies for me to change my child, but there were quite a few families in, so didn't seem fair. They were fine with me changing a nappy on the floor and understood the need. Not a massive issue, but perhaps a thought for us Dads. Overall though - really nice family pub with great staff and tasty food. Perfect for a casual meal out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic food, generous portions and great value for money! My children thoroughly enjoyed the secure garden area and the bouncy castle was a big favourite for the pair of them. Will be returning!

Nice decor, large beer garden, decent food and lovely welcoming land lady. We had veggie burgers and chips, simple but well made. The chips were particularly crisp and delicious. If I lived locally I would be in every week.

Nice pub. Very quiet when we visited. Fast service considering only one person is working the bar and restaurant. She was friendly and polite though. Food better than your average "pub grub" at decent prices, and have no complaints what so ever. Would come back again.
