Plough Inn - Andover - Photo album

Try it. Try somewhere new every month and make sure this place is one of them. The food was fantastic, really tasty and good value. The service....it'll get there but our experience wasn't the best. The atmosphere....wasn't any, some gentle music in the background would make a massive difference and
A really flavourful meal. Having visited twice we've found every dish ordered has been outstanding. The Mustang Lamb and Paltane Messing are highly recommended. Lovely staff as well.
Hello food enjoyers! Today I had a meal at the gurkha baynjan with my family, and let me tell you, It was exceptional. The food was beautiful, the table layout was amazing, and we had a lovely handsome boy serving us called callum! I myself ordered the baynjan special chicken which I would recommend
Plough Inn is now being run by an ex-army Gurkha serving Nepalese style food/curry. We had the mixed starter (really tender delicious meats) then Everest lamb (rogan josh vibes), Kathmandu chicken (korma vibes), mushroom rice and peshwari naan (best I’ve had in forever!!), and it was all really love
Food service was a bit slow, but absolutely tasty and well worth a visit. The chargrilled starter was especially lovely.
Fantastic food so fresh and first gurkha food experience stunning ! Staff lovely, friendly and hard working !! 10/10
This is a great pub that would be otherwise closed if it was not for Gurkha Baynjan. They have sparked some life back into Grateley with some amazing Ghurkha cuisine that can’t be found elsewhere in the area. The food is so tasty and freshly prepared - so during busy times there may be a wait. Take
Our second visit. Joy to find such white tablecloths, amazing curries, friendly staff. Early lunchtime visit lacked a little atmosphere but we were not hurried away so stayed and chatted with our friends. It was perfect thank you. More people arriving as we left. We will be back.
Food came quick, lovely warming staff, nicely dressed handsome boys, definitely recommend if your in the area (and also make sure to look out for the handsome boy in the Jordan 1s)
A rural country pub, that has been transformed with excellent Gurka food. I have tried a few places in my time but this place had the food presentation and quality. Very reasonable prices and fantastic food. No need to look at the surroundings when you have a plate of food looking and tasting wonder
What a lovely meal, had a peshwari naan which was recommend me by the lovely waiter called Connor. He is such a lovely boy and the service was impeccable I couldn’t recommend it enough.👍👌
It's great to see our local village pub The Plough at Grateley reopen, but with a big difference to previous efforts, it's now an excellent Nepalese Ghurka restaurant, serving really tasty food, but not just curry. We ate there Thursday 2nd March 2023, all 4 of us had a very tasty, full of flavour m
This is a village pub turned pub / restaurant (new owners from Jan 23), but the food is definitely not pub food. It's exquisite. The selection, the flavours, and the quality of ingredients are all excellent. We loved it. So good to see this pub, which has struggled for years as boozer, finally turn
First time visiting the newly opened restaurant in Grateley. We were really impressed with the quality of the food and portion sizes! We will be coming back. ☺️
Nice to see the village pub in Grateley open. Very nice meal, tasty food. Friendly and good service, reasonable prices. Will definitely be back !
Absolutely loved this place. Fresh, vibrant and exciting food with lots of different options to suit every palate. Food was served quickly and the staff were great. Good choice of drinks too. Will definitely be back again!
Delicious, spicy, aromatic curries crafted by a skilled team of chefs. In a country pub. Awesome! My friend and I had a really super supper last night. Everything was so tasty, the staff were a really lovely bunch, and the owner is just a delight - attentive and hands on. The decor is pretty basic
Food world class.... for a team still finding their feet they are doing a fabulous job. They keep the beer (bitter) in good order but also have ice cold, Gurkha larger in bottles (a must when eating). Locals are supporting and many now becoming regulars, which in itself is a compliment to the revamp
Wonderful food. Shared onion bhajis & Aloo Tiki to start and then had the Mustang Lamb for main which was melt in the mouth with a delicious side dish of Tareko Daal.
