Good spot for lunch, we went when it was quiet. Food was nice but a little limited for vegetarians for a simple lunch. Dog friendly. Easy to find and park.

Wow! It's hard to adequately relay how joyful and excellent the quality of food is at The Crown Inn in Upton. Only not a 5 star for atmosphere as it was a weekday late lunchtime so very quiet. Lovey old pub with nice conservatory area for dining. Food was ace they have huts outside with log burners so probably great for colder days.

Not sure how else to describe our lunch here; just superb. We had ribs and prawns from the BBQ. Food was delicious, setting was sublime and the service was excellent. We live within 15 mins and we will be back for sure.
Dropped in as passing by and bowled over by a really varied and extensive menu, great service from the charming proprietor and attention to detail inside and out. Particularly enjoyed their unusual version of affogato! 👍

Enjoyed a Sunday lunch with my wife. The quality was excellent, roast beef was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were above and beyond. Leeks on a creamy sauce were heaven on the taste buds , leafy veg and legumes finessed and one of the best braised red cabbage that I have ever had. Very attentiv
Food was good, starters were excellent and the chocolate cremeux had both great flavour and a good mix of textures. We had the lamb and monkfish mains. Overall, wasn't cheap, but an enjoyable meal and worth a visit if nearby.
