We had a minor bus incident coming through Amesbury tonight and the wonderful team at New Inn could not have been nicer, coming to the rescue with teas and coffees on the house and making sure we were kept safe and warm while the local police helped get our bus back on the road. Thank you to the tea
Just an update to my old review as we've been back multiple times since. Still a top notch pub, never had a bad experience. Staff are great, prices are good and the carvery is cracking.. Oh and that steak pie is delicious 😋. Will be back again soon. Keep up the good work.

Great food, reasonably priced. Great customer service, thank you. We had a Christmas meal which was £19.95 for 3 courses, good range of food to choose from.

Stopped off very late Sunday lunch time. Really friendly welcoming place. If I'm in the area again I would definitely go back.
Friendly pub with friendly staff really nice inside and outside in the courtyard and the garden. Prices very reasonable. Clean. Happy atmosphere. Lovely

The bar maid gave me a pound(as I had no cash on me) for the jukebox, barmaid and me agreed on all Fleetwood Mac.

Had a very decent meal served in their courtyard by a very friendly server. Had a nice chat with the owner. Lovely space, look forward to returning
Quite afternoon pint served buy a pleasent young lady.We did not eat.Clean and tidy.
Nice and cosy little pub. Only stopped for a few drinks, good atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, beer was good too. Background music from a juke box was on, loud enough to hear and quiet enough to think and hold a conversation.
Food looked amazing and menu seemed to be priced reasonably.

The pub is great, the live band we had was mega. The atmosphere was awsome and the cider tastes delicious. Nice crowd, good friendly owners....Well worth the visit, especially when there is a live band playing.

Met family here yesterday being half way between our homes for Sunday lunch. Lovely food, great staff but so cold in there that our dinners were cold before we were half way through. Such a shame, it appeared there was no heating working. Wouldn't visit again in hhe winter months!
Had a lovely meal and a drink. The staff was welcoming and pleasant I will recommend it.
Brought in a large group of ladies but they shut off the karaoke machine 30 minutes before closing so it killed the vibe and our wallets. Moved down the stairs to a friendlier pub.
