Really friendly. Excellent fish and chips with very generous portions. Lovely crispy batter on the fish and freshly cooked non-greasy chips. It's often difficult to find a Fish and Chip shop that does both well and Amersham Fish Bar achieves this.
Regularly buy cod and chips here for my Dad and me. Good quality food, and the guys who work here are always smiling, polite and helpful.
Super large portions, friendly staff, quick service, for take out not really for eating in. Cod is great as are the chicken nuggets! Chips portions are huge even the medium ones.

We had heard good things about this chippy, and decided to take a drive to try it out. I explained to the server we had travelled from far and so we needed our chips to be piping hot so they are warm when we get home, and they actually made fresh chips for us!
