Cote Amersham - Amersham - Photo album

We popped in here for a coffee and an early grey tea after a long walk! Lovely little place, beautifully decorated and maintained. The service was excellent too. Very friendly, welcoming and warm. We had the chocolate and salted caramel tart, it was really lovely! Service was fast. All in all a grea
A great lunch today I had the Pesto Linguine with chicken and it was superb A good vibe to the premises with excellent service attentive and pleasant Would like to return!
Trying to live up to the hype of Côte and existing great restaurants, AH is still going through teething issues, e.g new staff and the right menu. However, the restaurant has all the right foundations to be successful if given a chance. On a Friday evening the staff tried to be attentive and food wa
I asked Amersham House to host my father’s wake, attracted by the bright, fresh, informal interior and the friendly, likeable attitude of the staff I met on a speculative visit. It took a bit of thinking about because this was obviously an out-of-the-ordinary request. In the end we agreed a fixed pe
Excellent service, decor and seating. I had the calamari starter, which was very tasty and mostly perfectly cooked although a couple were chewy. One of our party party had the tomato soup which she was very impressed with. My main was a little disappointing, but this wasn't helped by the fact that I
Although it was quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime we had an excellent lunch. Service was good and helpful, and the mussels I had were wonderful. Some of the best I’ve eaten. Really fresh and plump with a gorgeous sauce. Excellent chips too. It would be nice if they could soften and enliven the rat
We visited for the first time today for lunch. We went for the set menu with just two choices per course from the à la carte menu but nonetheless of great quality and value. Service friendly and atmosphere pleasant, including great care taken over gluten free food for one of us. A look at the main m
Stopped at lunchtime to ask about the Moules and Sidney was so friendly we came back that evening for dinner. Tom greeted us, and mentioned my comments in the online booking (nice to see people giving real personal greeting) and we chose a booth to eat in, really nice private space in a really nice
The food was very good. I had pasta with grilled chicken, my son had the Cesar salad. It was both very good, and a reasonable price too. The service was superb- they waited on us hand and foot, and they were very polite and nice to talk to. The restaurant is very very cozy, both inside and outside.
We had a lovely late breakfast. Great service - drinks arrived promptly, breakfast was delivered soon after. I had the "French breakfast" and the boudoin noir was excellent. All perfectly cooked and arrived nice and hot at the table.
Had a lovely experience - largely down to the majestic Ukrainian waiter who served us, unparalleled alphadom led to impeccable service. Evening was a cracker! Chicken liver pâté however was not up to scratch with a greater concentration of butter than was desired.
The manager really went over and above to accommodate us on Mothers day as our booking somehow didn't register on the system. We really enjoyed our family lunch there today.
