Really enjoyed my breakfast here, this is more like a constructive feedback rather than a negative experience. Would have loved to received my breakfast same time as my partner instead of when he was finished. But it was delicious!! And service wise, the boys were running around like headless chickens while the 3 waitresses had no sense of urgency. The chef running food and clearing our table while all three girls stood near the till.

Spent an hour or two of my morning here, and it was lovely Lovely staff Good quality food and drinks, however it just seemed like i ordered two cans of tuna and a bit of sourdough

Great cafe to enjoy some delicious freshly made food, from salads to toasties to open sandwiches, and a wide selection of sweet treats too. The cafe has a very cosy and welcoming atmosphere and it appears to be a favourite amongst the locals. Serving staff are lovely and attentive too. Very good coffee (and I am fussy!). The food we had was great but would have liked a bit more conventional breakfast choice.

Great coffee shop. I loved the fresh lemon and mint tea they made for me off the menu.

One of our favourite brunching spot. Coffee is gorgeous, so are the fresh juices and not to mention the amazing Home made food. Certainly worth the wait for a table sometimes!

Very good little cafe offering various cooked breakfast and lunch. Their granola and egg soldiers were yummy. The sourdough granary is specially delicious. The only point to make is that the inside of the cafe gets very hot and smelly from the cooking, so once out, your clothes will smell. They should try to open more windows or use stronger extractor fans.

The menu was limited and staff didn't know the difference between sourdough and granary; makes no difference to you but does to those with a yeast intolerance! I rarely update a review but this time I feel it's warranted. My previous review above was written pre-Covid and I've noticed an improvement in the cafe's customer service (and addition of sourdough to the menu). This review is based on my experience of the cafe over a 2-week period in September when the cafe was offering take-away or an outdoor-seating service. I'd say this cafe offers the best coffee in Amersham (possibly in Bucks) and even serves Minor Figures; one of the higher quality oat milks than those commonly found in supermarkets. Over this 2-week period, I would pick up a latte and salad box to take to my partner at lunch who works in the countryside and far from any shop or eatery. Besides a few mishaps (i.e. not providing us with cutlery on a few occasions), I was very happy with the experience. I absolutely love the salad boxes and they come with delicious and nutritious ingredients with the option to mix and match and add extras such as beautifully cooked chicken breast. The cakes are equally delicious and I would highly recommend them. The only thing I would suggest is to perhaps offer one vegan cake perhaps as a special every now and then. This would be to cater to those who (like me) are intolerant to eggs but have a sweet tooth and want to enjoy a slice of cake with their coffee.

Loved the pistachio olive oil cake and chai latte. A lovely little cafe in the heart of Old Amersham.
