Had the gluten free fish and chips and they seemed knowledgeable about coeliac disease. Portion was kinda small for for the cost, especially after a long day hiking (I was tempted to go back for a second helping!) fish was okay and served its purpose but nothing amazing to write home about for glute

The outside space is really nice with the views over Windermere and in the sunshine was great.

Some of the best Fish and Chips I've ever had. Tasty, affordable, lovely considerate staff, and pretty views from outside under the umbrellas. Good selection of condiments available.
Haven't had dandelion and burdock in years aswell so extra brownie points for that :D

we ordered regular fish and chips for two people and it was cooked whilst we wait. The place was busy which is always a good sign and the food was delicious. They give you a buzzer that tells you when its ready so no need to hang around in the queue.

Great food, served hot and the fish is fresh. It’s got an outdoor seating area with a lovely view, overlooking Windermere. Very good value for money, as well.
