Saturday night Chinese meal food good but several larger groups turned up who hadn't prebooked but we're catered for, putting pressure on staff. Also problem with online booking which goes through to sister restaurant in Belper who sometimes forget to let the oriental palace know. Staff helpful and

Helpful staff, good food. We were also lucky in seeing hot air balloon launch from field opposite - an unusual addition to a Sunday meal! Well situated as finishing point for walk along the canal or through Shining Cliff Woods
Group of 5 of us visited for my wife's birthday and had an excellent meal. Staff were very friendly and service was top notch. Great price too. Highly recommended.
Very nice all you can eat menu with a good choice of dishes! Crispy duck is also available which is nice. Plenty of table spaces and large groups can be accommodated too! Nice place to go for a meal.
Lovely atmosphere waitressing girls were very attentive food was good and not too salty think next time we would order from menu not all u can eat it'd be half the cost with portion size

Lovely all you can eat Chinese dishes here, good choice and cooked to order, so perfectly fresh. Fast and friendly service with a smart modern decor - just enjoyed a great meal here.
