Popped in after a walk along the Dollar Glen, Recieved a great welcome and they had Birra Morreti on tap 👍 the food was freshly cooked and very reasonable in price, a hidden Gem in Alva, I'd be well happy if No5 Inn was my local. We enjoyed our meal and will be back if walking in the area again👌🚶♂️
Scottish burger lasagne kids macaroni & prawn cocktail with chicken for starters couple a pint cola & some apple juice service 10/10 food 10/10 apart from 1 late pint £62 for the lot decent priced lovely food thanks again!
we visited this place on our way back from a walk to the waterfall. We were going to have something cold to drink, but the lady serving us was nice and we stayed longer. Cold, good beer. Food fresh and delicious.
We did everything wrong - arrived peak time Friday evening, not booked, three people with a wet dog. But a thoroughly warm welcome, fitted us in without fuss, nice beers and fresh cooked food - especially the excellent desserts.
Warm welcome from staff and patrons for visiting Americans staying in the area. Good food and beer, ready to return.
Very average pub, though it seemed liked by locals and accommodating. We were just unimpressed with our generous salads. Perhaps the roof seating would be more impressive given its at the base of the beautiful Ochil hills?
Lovely place friendly staff and lovely steaks. I had an issue with my meal but it was sorted very quickly.
