good pub been coming here since the 80s just a shame the gents is so small
Great pub to vist for a drink good music and everyone is friendly
Small but friendly, nice selection of drinks.
Not been in for ages. Treated my dad to father's Day lunch (not here), afterwards we came in for a pint. Compared to the Tavern on the green which was dead with half the beer not on. This was a throw back to how pubs should be, a great buzz, good music but not too loud to make conversations awkward
About we had a proper landlord and landlady. They are a lovely couple. They deserve to get on. I bet the tenant/owner has noticed how the sales have shot up compared to the other manager who is completely devoid of any management skills or to have any experience in the running and hospitality she s
Towncentre put nice and cozy very cheap, coors £3 a pint bier moretti £3-50 Cheaper than all the winebar and bistros by a couple of pounds and a better atmosphere.
Went last Saturday (Feb 2022) for a couple of pints, Great drinks, Great Prices, Friendly staff, Great atmosphere. Really nice place will be back. :-)

A little Gem. Beer prices very reasonable. John Smiths £2 a pint. Tucked away in the pedestrianised shopping centre. Service very good. Karaoke/DJ Saturday Night
