Belgian Bar - Altrincham - Photo album

Amazing choice of products. Great server. Surprised by the quality and portion size of the food. Liked the choice of music... intelligent 70s 80s at a sensible volume. I'm a definate return customer. The sheep's name is Sam (the Suffolk) BTW.
Great atmosphere, great staff, extensive selection of beers. The food is outstanding. Every plate of food looked and tasted delicious. Outstanding dishes of note were the Asian steak, the giant king prawns and the filo pastry. And the owner is very handsome so ladies get down there!
Lovely food and drink. Had a lovely chat with the owner and fantastic service from the bar maid. Went in before a gig nearby and had a great time. Always worth a visit. Thanks.
An amazing gem of a bar on Greenwood Street in Altrincham. Cozy in the evenings with open fire. A great range of bottled and draught beers served to your table by attentive, friendly staff. Did I mention the food? A gteat menu of small plates and some amazing kebabs. Give this place a visit if you'r
Absolutely stunning chicken gyros, very reasonably priced too, and an amazing Belgian beer selection.
I know the owner of this bar, a very affable South African who certainly knows his European products (he runs a Tapas stall at Stockport's Foodie Friday once per month). Great selection of continental beers, even if they're not the cheapest (import fees etc.)
Had a really nice couple of 'St-Feuillien Blond' beers. I was spoilt for choice on tap. This beer is lovely. I asked for something silimar to La Chouffe (but on tap) and the owner knew where to point me. I was given some nice salty nacho kinda chips too. There was a nice raging fireplace which warme
Visited Belgian Bar yesterday for the first time and I was astonished about the level of customer service received. Nothing was too much trouble, staff was super friendly (they found a perfect balance of being friendly and not overload the customer with kindness). Although someone went beyond and ab
A nice bar worth a good selection of beers that are a break from the hoppy craft beer norm. Has a few draft and a fairly large menu of bottled beers. It is pretty small and service can be variable, particularly if you time it wrong. But a nice relaxed venue of you get it right.
My wife and I held a private party at this venue. Barry the owner and his team were excellent. We would definitely recommend the venue, the food and service.
