Super service and a warm welcome from Paul and Kai. Compliments to the chef on some superb dishes- calamari, beer battered fish n chips and the cote de beouf. Exceptionnelle šŸ‘Œ
Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch at the Rope & Anchor. Great service from Alice, we were looked after very well throughout. Can recommend the Sunday roasts, delicious! One key thing to note, you need to make a reservation as they get VERY busy on a Sunday.
Excellent service, food was lovely! We were celebrating an occasion, staff made us feel special. Served by Sayenna, she was very accommodating and appreciated we had two young children with us, making suggestions of serving the childrenā€™s food first etc. Will be back soon
After a visit to Dunham Massey we popped in here for a late lunch & we're so glad we did! Excellent food & service šŸ˜ we shared some starters & it was enough for us x
Amazing service! Really nice food. They also offered us bottomless Yorkshire puddings & gravy with our roast, great little touch
Food was excellent and the kids menu gave them the choice that others sometimes fail to. Staff were really busy and did their very best with good humour but they could have done with extra people. The pies both steak and ale and the 3 cheese are greatly recommended.
Lovely food, great service and reasonably priced. Came in for a Sunday roast and had the sharing platter which was perfect for 2. Will be back.

Nice pub. Stopped off for a drink on our way home from town. Didn't have anything to eat. Lots of different areas to sit and some tables are just for drinks. Would go back and try the food.
Food is amazing, staff are friendly especially Sarah who served me - she is da bomb. And its a cosy place to have a meal. Great pub, amazing location and very welcoming.
Fabulous food, excellent service and very helpful waitress who gave us extra gravy! Can highly recommend
Sharer Sunday Roast was amazing! Alice our server was attentive and couldnā€™t do enough for us. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!
Went here this sunday for my mum's 90th birthday. On arrival we was given menu's and was told there was a few things not available, which was very disappointing. We was also told no hot drinks as they had no milk, found that very strange for a restaurant to run out of milk. Service was great food t
