Just the best place for breakfast or in the evenings a mix or Korean & Japanese. The pancakes or waffles with bacon and maple are to die for. Visited recently for dinner in the evening and it was superb. I had the Dolsot Bibimbap which was an experience in itself and my husband had the sushi/sashimi platter which is excellent quality for £10. Do yourself a favour and eat here!

Great food. Great service. Never disappoints. As we are the owner of Garden and Grain it’s the only other place i feel I can go and get fresh quality food that is consistent and at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work

We’ve been going for breakfast here every Sunday for months now! Food is always deliciously hot and the staff always accommodate our little family with no issues. Highly recommended, won’t go anywhere else for breakfast! We’ve been for Sushi at the night too! Delicious! Great that it’s local!

Place was very busy upon arrival but they got a table sorted in minutes for us. Service was friendly and fast, food was great and the chocolate brownie my daughter had was possibly the best I’ve ever tasted, so much so, I got one to take away for later first visit here and I think it’ll be our new favourite!

Loved the ambience and the food.. The service was excellent and Johnny is the most gracious host you'll ever come across. He looked after us and made some fantastic recommendations which made our evening the most memorable.. If you're looking for a good Sushi / Korean food for a good price. This is the place to be..!

This was our first visit for an evening meal. Arrived at 8pm and was immediately shown to our table. Our front of house was extremely polite and explained the various dishes as we queried some of them from the menu. Nothing was too much trouble - he even showed us how to use chopsticks!! The food arrived promptly and was fantastic. All washed down with a bottle of Asahi. We enjoyed the whole experience so much we can't wait to go back again.

My husband and I love food and knew that the Oxford Road Cafe would be the most amazing brunch for the day after our wedding. The staff led by Jonny and Jenson were amazing. In the lead up to the wedding the team ensured that we had a venue to hold the brunch and as well as catering for all of our guests the staff kindly helped our hungover family decorate the venue too. We had guests who had flown in from New York, Bermuda, Australia and all across the UK so we needed to make sure they had a great brunch before they set off home. It was a fantastic end to our wedding and we could not have been luckier to have it provided by the Oxford Road Cafe and it's amazing team. We wanted to keep our wedding local and showcase why we are so happy to call Manchester our home. The Oxford Road Cafe went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone who loves food and great company.

My first visit for breakfast 🥞 as a request from my daughter on her 28th birthday. She and her partner love this cafe, and now I know why. Great welcome, friendly staff. We were able to sit in one of their booths which felt nice and private. Good selection of food and drinks, nicely presented and tasted lovely, They gave my daughter a lovely surprise dessert to take away for her birthday. I felt prompted to leave a review as I’ve seen on their social media, a lovely post affirming their staff. Well done

A very nice cafe, lots of varied food options, and the people are friendly. They accommodate kids very well too, providing interesting activities sheet and crayons, a good selection of kids menu options too. We had the vegetarian burger which was delicious, and the pizza from kids menu. The only drawback is that food takes a while to come, would be fine if you're not in a hurry or have a hungry baby with you. I'd love to go again though. Update: Visited again after 3years and it's even better now. People are the most sweet and friendly, the food is great and the menu is varied. They were so sweet and gave us a discount and a free muffin as it was my birthday. Will definitely be a regular now!

If you haven’t tried this place yet, do it ASAP! They have extensive and creative menus with all healthy and fresh options! They had my favourite American ones too! The pulled beef brisket with egg was absolutely yummy! Very friendly staff and amazing service! Absolutely recommended!

Delicious breakfast some really interesting items on the menu. We had the Power wrap and Eggs Benedict which was superb, kids had the waffles, which created a rare 10 minutes of silence and clean plates. I will take that as the highest possible praise from them. Will return if in the area again.

Fantastic venue for a family birthday gathering! It's dog and child friendly, has amazing food and the staff are friendly and helpful. One of my favourite places to eat in Altrincham. The brisket hash is incredible! As are the Teriyaki skewers.

Not been here before. It's very well rated on Google maps and it's certainly popular. I had a vegan Burger which I thought was very nice although it's a bit on the expensive side. For me I found it a bit too busy, squashed in, and rather noisy so I'm not rating 5 stars. For others this type of atmosphere maybe ideal. I noticed a lot of young people were here. Seems mostly popular with people in their 20ies.

Bit pricy...but isn't everywhere nowadays. Well worth it though. Quality food...but mind your step.

Really nice cafe, visited because I was nearby. I like that each table has a cubed light on it. You can press it for service or to pay, and it will light up to attract the staffs attention. The food was really nice, they serve all day breakfasts and lunches. The pancakes are well presented and taste nice. Pricing is reasonable for the area and the staff are really pleasant. I look forward to going again.

Great attentive friendly service. Larger than expected establishment , obviously popular but not overcrowded. Portion size good. Tasty hot fresh food. Reasonable prices. I had chicken burger. My friend had club sandwich which also looked delicious. Will definitely have to return to try that dish also.

Went for a late lunch where thankfully they had all day breakfast still going. There was plenty of menu choices for food and drink, even with a selection of low carb options. The table service was efficient and kept us well looked after with drinks. Happily would visit again 👍

First class breakfast. First class customer service. Top quality produce. My eggs Benedict were perfect as was my wife’s full English. Both breakfasts were tasty and well cooked. Highly recommended.

Despite being incredibly busy and having a wait on the door, the staff were all calm, friendly and our order was fairly quick! It was delicious, the breakfasts are phenomenal and if you fancy something a bit different I had the Hoisin Duck Bao Buns. I have severe allergies to eggs and dairy (anaphylaxis) as well as a host of other dietary restrictions and they always cater for me with care. The tea in their cast iron Japanese tea pots are also a really nice touch! Booking a table ahead would be wise as if you drop by on a busy day you could be looking at 20-40+ minutes before a table is available, believe me - it's well worth the wait!

Great brunch, really high quality meat on the OCR big breakfast, every element was perfect. Fridns enjoyed the brisket hash, cheese and ham omelet & the smaller breakfast. It's worth the price, the service was great we changed our order a couple of times and they dealt with it well (too many tasty options!) They're very dog friendly they brought out sausages for him at no extra charge and came o came over for pets and more water etc, very impressive! 10/10
