Came for fathers day lunch and got a free pint!
Not been before but the food was amazing!
Only thing I would say is the service isn’t the quickest when collecting plates/next course etc
But we were in no rush so it was all good
Can’t wait to come back!
Absolutely lovey places. Very tasty food and great choice of drinks. The atmosphere is so cosy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had afternoon tea here with 2 friends. It's a gorgeous restaurant, could have done with more sandwiches and less cake though. Would definitely go again. Had a lovely afternoon. Thank you
Great food and great staff, but becoming expensive to stay.
Experience here has been hit and miss. Food is delicious and service is normally great. I have a dairy allergy and they don't seem to have a printed allergen menu so kitchen has to get involved. One day I placed an order and kitchen okayed it and food came within minutes, another day it took 30 mins to get told what could be dairy free and the dish I had the day before wasn't on that list.
One of the days I was here on my own, I was put towards the reception area, a second solo also put out there like normal and the third was put there then moved so he could be closer to the fire as he was on his own 😐

The afternoon tea was awe inspiring. Fantastic selection of very tasty morsels accompanied by lots of cake... Which is always a good thing. Well presented by very accommodating staff. Delicious
First visit today. The restaurant is located inside the Manor house hotel and is spacious. The food was excellent. We had the burger and fish and chips and you may say you could get that anywhere but it was a nice change of setting and the price was compareable to anywhere else. Well cooked and filling. Good menu and well stocked bar. Ample on site parking.
