Friendly bar staff, dog friendly. I discovered Tribute is cask bear isn't vegetarian or vegan friendly but bottle and canned version is.

The food is consistently good. The goat cheese & shallot tart is amazing! I'd like more of a summery dessert menu though - there's ice cream, but all what I'd call wintery puddings apart from that. I see lemon posset on the online menu, but that wasn't available to us. I would definitely go here again though - it's a good pub with pleasant surroundings and a nice outside area.

Really good authentic pub food at a reasonable price, and a nicely kept London Pride. Only minor issue was rather overloud music which was impossible to get away from.

One of my favourite restaurants in Alresford. Both times I have visited it has been on a Sunday so of course I opted for the roast... Delicious! Meat was juicy and tender, generous portions, good variety of side dishes and beautiful gooey brownie for dessert.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. A lovely pint. Ordered a mozzarella, plum tomato and basil quiche with salad. The quiche wasn't really what I expected from the description and was a bit disappointing but friends enjoyed their food.

Just stopped in for a quick drink with my daughter and grandaughters. What a cracking little pub. Barman was friendly and drinks reasonably priced. Nice courtyard seating area out the back.

Very quiet being a Monday but some pubs were closed. Food was very good. Reasonable in cost and service was good.

Great experience here with my family. Good selection of beers & ales with traditional English pub food. The fish & chips were exactly what I needed after a cold walk. We’ll visit again.

This is another great Fuller's establishment. This is a proper pub, run by a proper brewery and not some money grabbing 'Management Company'. Great interior decor, friendly, attentive and welcoming staff, free WiFi, outside seating area, 2 hour free parking in nearby streets, good choice menu and being a Fuller's pub...some of the greatest bottled ales in Britain. Cheap? No, but you pay for what you get...they serve superb ales, both from the cask and in bottled conditioned varieties. Not London prices, but slightly above average for the area...EXCLUDING Winchester!!! Highly recommended.

Wow! What a delightful pub. Great food, great service and delightful atmosphere. Salmon tagliatelle was delicious (says the wife) and fish and chips delicious though portion size was a bit small.
