We were visitors to Alnwick this week, staying at the Hallow and Crux, and were looking for a Monday night curry. Quick search found this restaurant, and booked a table over the phone. On arrival the restaurant was quiet, we were first table at 1900 hours..however the staff were extremely attentive
Fantastic Indian takeaway and restaurant. First experience we ordered dinner for the family online. Prices were great and despite the long drive and rural nature of where we stayed, the dinner arrived hot. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered a takeaway for collection later in the week. Lovely and
The staff are SO kind 🥰 Ara was especially wonderful kind and went above and beyond helping us Americans split our bill. The chef and owner came out to greet us and we felt so special and well taken care of. And the food was AMAZING 😍 thank youuuuu

We had veg starters and fish main course, chapattis and paratha and everything was just gorgeous. The highest compliment I can pay is this tasted like home cooked (Apna style) food. Nothing super fancy but just really, REALLY tasty (the way food should be).

Restaurant was full when we arrived, but we were seated quickly and the service could not be faulted. The staff were lovely and chatty and seemed to be enjoying themselves. The food could not be faulted. Had a mango vegetable curry and it was delicious. Would recommend booking as they seem quite bus
The food was delicious, freshly made with lots of flavour. There were 7 of us and we all really enjoyed it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. 5 stars from us all. ✨️
Absolutely Brilliant staff, couldn't do enough for their customers. One of the best vegetarian curries I've had and Chris loved his lamb curry. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely evening
