Had brunch and coffee here. A spacious cozee place with lots of tables. And comfy chairs with cushions. Relaxing music which doesn't distract from having a conversation. Lots of yummy things to choose on the menu and a vast variety of drink, coffees, shakes, or alcohol beverages.
Service was great and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
It changes to a wine bar of an evening on the weekends and has occasional unique entertainment to watch out for.
Looking for somewhere different for a spot of lunch, we sought out the Snug as we had heard good things. We were not disappointed. It is nicely styled with an eclectic mix of furniture, industrial lighting , wooden floors and exposed brickwork. The food was freshly cooked, very tasty and served with some nice touches, like the wrapped cutlery with logo sticker and good crockery. The coffee was excellent, so much so we had seconds and it has to be said the place was immaculately clean. Add all this together with the owners/staff making sure everything was ok without being too overly attentive made for a very pleasant experience. It is certainly one of the places to which we shall return.
Beautiful little place with lovely owners. Recommend the food platters too. They look too nice to eat. Also love the festive and Halloween decorations. Great place fir a quiet evening drunk but also a fab coffee shop during the day.
Really delightful cafe bistro in Aldridge , marvellous menu and excellent coffee. Lovely decor today with Autumn themes. Really nice attentive staff. Great value.

Wot a lovely little hidden gem visited yesterday for the first time sooooo cosy and sooooo clean. Peroni and lemoncello served by a very friendly and welcoming Italian owner we will definitely b back thankyou for a lovely couple of hours wished we had of stayed instead of going for a curry next door which woz sooooo hot 🔥 and the restaurant woz sooooo noisey lol 😆 c u soon xxx
Its the second time we have been to the Snug for the Halloween Celebrations, lovely decorations and entertainment and the food was plentiful. I have also been for Sunday breakfast which again was superb. We all need to support local small businesses so pop in if you haven't been already.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, delicious coffee, and tasty food. Four-legged friends are made very welcome. In the evening, there are themed events that are always great 👌
Absolutely amazing. First time coming to the “snug” and it won’t be the last! interior is beautiful and the outside looks classy and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and the Nutella crepe that I had was lush!! 10/10 service and lovely owners!
Enjoyed a veggie breakfast this morning , friends had full English . Food was lovely and the host very accommodating with slight alterations to the standard menu.

My husband suggested to come here for brunch with the children.
When we arrived and came to order unfortunately we missed out by 30 minutes to order breakfast and could still order sandwich’s and salads, which was absolutely fine with us but children being children wasn’t for them. We explained we would leave it thank you the gentleman serving us asked us to wait for a second and popped to the kitchen and came back and said they would be able to serve us the breakfast menu .. fantastic customer service beautiful décor very snug (pardon the pun) and definitely recommend and will be back again … oh and of course the food was delicious.. 🌟
Great little place friendly staff but very expensive breakfasts. However, food was very well cooked and very tasty. Atmosphere is probably better in the evenings as at one point we were the only ones in there. Parking ok.
Very unassuming from outside but inside a lovely welcome, cosy decor and friendly, attentive staff.
Limited food options for now, but a very cosy place.
They will be increasing food options in the future.
Update: In response to the owner's reply, I was referring to the decision to not serve any food after 2pm. I have no problem with the range of options. I should have been clearer in my review. I certainly didn't mean to demotivate your staff, as the 2 individuals we encountered were absolutely lovely.
However, I don't think passive aggressive responses to customer reviews is a good look for any business.
I wish you much success for the future, and I still look forward to visiting again.
We have found a new favourite place! The Snug is superb! Great food, great service and a lovely place! Really enjoyed it!
A wake was organised for my dearly departed mother. They put on a lovely selection of food and even arranged toast as it was mid morning. A memorial table was also made up. I was very impressed. Would highly recommend.
Went in this is a very nice place
It's a shame the local people don't support it enough though as the owner told me it's in very big danger of closing down in 2024
