What a fantastic independent garden centre full of amazing things! Plants galore at reasonable prices. Amazing place to bring small children as well! A fairy trail will keep them entertained! And there is an awesome cafe/ restaurant on site as well.

Great little garden centre with a cafe and a fairy trail to keep the little ones entertained. I was very surprised at how reasonable the prices are for indoor houseplants. Some excellent varieties too! A good selection for the garden or allotment in the outdoor section. I found it a little lacking on the choice of seeds near the checkout, but that's pretty minor. The little walk round the lake is nice to enjoy after coffee & cake in the cafe. This is a nice unique feature that makes it worth the visit!

Nice little independent garden centre with a pond and fairy trail for the kids. Lunch menu is limited but the cakes are good. Chips are to die for. Oh yes and you can feed the ducks with special food.

Great garden centre, very well stocked. Cafe has lots of tasty options (including some low fat choices) and kids loved the Fairy trail round the pond. Look out for summer sale (started 5th Aug this year) where all plants in flower are half price.

I'm feeling slightly embarrassed to admit to this, but normally just walk straight through the main area and head for The Waterside Café. On this occasion, we were on a mission to pick up a particular plant (long story) and found some excellent specimens to choose from. Have to admit, the whole place is beautifully laid out, with an amazing variety of both silk and real flowers.

We go for the fairy trail and feed the ducks which my grandchildren love to do. Suitable for all ages with a lovely picnic area. Cafe also has seating outside, with a variety of homemade cakes...delicious

Nice place to visit its certainly getting a better with all the improvements that have been made. The restaurant in my opinion as made a big difference the food smells amazing. Going to give it a try next time we go back. There are toilets in a separate building to the right of the main entrance which are free. Plenty of car parking spaces but only a few disabled ones. A nice picnic area at the back not far from the restaurant which the children would enjoy.

We pop along here fairly regularly. The kids enjoy a walk around the fairly trail, and like feeding the fish (and ducks!). We sometimes treat ourselves to a cake. My daughter was exploring all the plants for her school homework. The shop as you enter had the most adorable items, a little pricey but great for special gifts

We came here as the place up the road stopped taking cash. Bought some shrubs and we ate in the wonderful cafe out the back. 5 stars

Never been here before but my sister told me it has changed a lot. It's much bigger and its home of the fairies. Lovely little trail and lake to walk around. Lots of tiny homes everywhere. Once you've walked around there's a little tea room to rest in before finishing ur original reason for being there.....the purchase of plants and flowers. Definitely coming back here again.

After Pacific nurseries changed their ridiculous policy to no cash we drove down to this great garden centre and they happily accepted our £137 cash for pots. It's here from now on!
