This has got to be the best Frankie and benny’s that we’ve been to. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was piping hot and delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing which made our experience most enjoyable. We’ll be back!
Milkshakes were yummy yummy yummy. 3 mini burgers were also a hit. More importantly the Food and service was very good. Went when it was quiet so food was quick to arrive. Overall I think slightly overpriced compared to similar venues.

Very busy Saturday night. We had to wait a little for a table (12 of us) but we sat at the bar and enjoyed a drink. Our waitress came over & showed us to our table & took our order straight away. After a little wait, our food came & it was enjoyable. Thank you for looking after us so well.
Thank you for a great birthday. We came here for my mums birthday on Friday evening. The food came out quickly even though there was 11 of us and was very tasty. The service was really good as well & everyone sang happy birthday to my mum. Thank you, again. Will be returning.

Have to admit I was a little wary due to hearing others experiences of the Frankie & Benny's chain. However I needn't have worried! The food was lovely and the staff very attentive. Our waitress was superb. She organised a gluten-free version of a pizza that wasn't on the gluten-free free menu and remembered I was gluten-free when bringing the dessert menus. Also service was very quick. A very pleasant dining experience.
Would definitely recommend! We had our Christmas party here last night & I can honestly say, we all had an amazing night! Brilliant cocktails, delicious food & fantastic atmosphere. We were greeted with a welcome at the door on entrance & looked after throughout the whole evening. Thank you!
Upon entering, It was a delightful atmosphere, music was great and the general ambience was befitting of the decor. The food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful most notably the signature ‘Freakshakes’ which myself and my partner both indulged in.
The only thing for me, stopping me from giving this branch a 5-Star rating was the service. There was a fair amount of waiting for the food even though the restaurant was not even close to being at full capacity and by the time we had finished it took almost 10 minutes for us to receive the bill after asking for it twice.
The staff however were friendly and did provide good customer service other than the waiting times which sometimes can’t be helped.
All in all, a good experience and will be dining there again.
Well prepared food, my order mistake was corrected quickly. The portions are a good size. The kids meals were also suitable too. The website and email mailing list do regular offers too. Though the last set ended yesterday and the next start tomorrow so I missed out this time. We went for Sat lunch which was not that busy. We noted that several other restaurants nearby have shut down over recent months.
This place was really good for evening meal. Toke my wife the other day and felt welcomed straight away.
I will be coming back. My waitress was really professional and everything was clean and tidy. The food here is great. Will recommend to friends and family in the area.
Came to this restaurant on Saturday Evening. Almost the place was really busy the service was amazing! The food came out quickly and was well presented and tasted great! Our waiter was very attentive and the manager even came over to make sure everything was great! Would definitely recommend!
We had a fantastic meal tonight with Eve as our server. It was my sons birthday and she really made it a special occasion. Food was lovely and looking forward to coming again. Really good idea banning phones from the table - we got 2 free kids meals just because we didn’t look at our mobiles.
Fantastic meal on Sunday! The service was great & food was served hot & was delicious. Our server went above & beyond & made our experience here amazing. Whoever is managing this restaurant is doing a great job. Will definitely be back.
Not familiar with the area, was going into Morrison's cafe but lift not working so found myself by a selection of restaurants and decided I fancied a burger. It was 2ish and very quiet, 1 family in there when I arrived then I had the place to myself. Very pleasant staff, good disabled facilities and accessibility. I had lunch menu, a limited selection of the main menu but much cheaper. Mozzarella sticks with a salsa followed by house burger, I only had half the bun cos I don't like a lot of bread, and 2 x coffee, delicious.
80th birthday party on a busy Saturday night. Even though it was very busy, the service was good. Great selection of dishes to chose from the menu. Love the Viva la Vegan Burger. Lovely cocktails as well.
