Wonderful service, lovely server Helen who was very chatty and helpful. Food was gorgeous, ambience was great, with fab background music. It was my birthday and I was made to feel very special xx
We went for a Sunday roast-rib of beef, it was delicious, and Helen was very welcoming. Great place to visit while visiting Alderley Edge. It is a spacious pub and on-site secure parking. Will definitely visit again!!
Stayed here twice now, eaten in on both occasions. Bar staff, reception staff and restaurant staff were all very friendly and professional. I would recommend this place. Stayed here whilst working away. Can get a big van in the car park.
Stayed here for a friend’s 60th birthday. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly. Gave us Prosecco to start the celebrations and told us all about the area. Rooms are clean and breakfast was lovely. Perfect spot-right at the end of the high street. Will visit again! 🤩
I flew in from Spain for my works conference and found there had been a miscommunication and my room cancelled in error and the hotel was full. Had lunch here on a Saturday. The lady that served us was lovely and very helpful. A petite lady with blond hair. The food was spot on as well
Brill food had the pulled lamb flatbreads lovely service Helen was very nice and friendly. Little boy had chicken strips of the young un menu well worth the money. Will be coming again
The mattress was not comfortable, but the room was clean. The pub was nice and the service was prompt. Ignore the reviews complaining about parking. The instructions are clear when you arrive.

Came for lunch, a Tuesday lunch time. It was very quiet but the food and service were both brilliant. Its a lovely clean comfortable place, surprised it was so quiet.
Old but clean. And excellent breakfast. Good parking. Well located in Centre of town.
Google suggested it was expensive. It was anything but. Great food and beer at a good price for the village. Would like to stay too.
