Just had a cup of tea but the customer service was fabulous. Offered to serve us something from the dessert menu, very friendly bar staff, food and cocktail menus looked good and a great range of beers. I will definitely go back for a meal next time.

Great food and beer, the food portions are large and I struggled to finish my chicken curry but managed in the end. This is a proper village pub and there is always an excellent choice of quality beers on draft.

Popped in for a quick drink after visiting Avebury. Nice little pub, parking not great, but it is in a small village. Friend is a Doctor Who fan and the area was used in an episode, so that was the main reason for visiting.
