I was very hungry and needed food quickly so appreciated the fast service here. It was a bit loud and busy but that's typical for these places. I wouldn't normally go to Nando's for that reason, however the food was good
The food and drinks were lovely and we'd happily visit here again. It was very busy and loud with music playing that's not to my taste, but never mind.. these places cater more for the young, which we aren't!
Food and service is always fantastic here. Myself and my partner prefer to drive a little longer to this restaurant rather than the nandos in the city centre even though the city centre is closer to us. The food and service at Aintree's nandos is miles better.
Told of a 30 min wait .agreed and said we will sit on the chairs outside .45 mins later still nothing .asked staff to be told we called you ages ago . No one came outside .reallybpoor customer service

'Great food and service' even though it was busy (always a good sign) and we had to wait for a table to become available. I had roast chicken with Nados famous chilli salt. The chick was cooked just right as we're the fries it was served with dish of mixed beans my daughter who's a regular opted for
It was good. Nando's is always good. Popular too. This one is tucked out the way but still busy. Friendly helpful staff. Used to go to Nando's back in the 90's in South Africa. They had fantastic chips.... the chips here were not good.... lost a star there....
Can't go wrong with a nandos, especially when it's quieter and you can get a table straight away! We tried the QR ordering, was fast and efficient with customising dishes made easy... as well as using nandos points. Staff and food great... for our taste the halloumi starter just needed a little more
Loved it. 1st time here and wont be the last. Chose the hottest sauce they do....no probs for me... I dont think you should have to pay upfront though as this takes away the potential for staff to earn a tip
Will most definitely visit again, lovely, friendly and calm atmosphere. Food came very quickly and was fresh and delicious. My cheesecake was still quite frozen in the middle but I still tucked it in was beautiful 😂 bottomless drinks is a bonus too to calm the fire in my mouth 😂

I love Nandos! Always busy, always have to wait to be seated, but I would liken it to queuing for a rollercoaster - worth the wait and helps whet the appetite. If you love chicken, it's an absolute must 🤤
Bit disappointing when we visited. No hummus or rice and it was only 12.00 noon. My favourite dish is the hummus and peri drizzle normally. I tried the new plant based wrap. It was good .
I’ve actually never had a bad experience here, always fast service and food hot straight from the grill. Clean and tidy tables and friendly staff!
Always had a good experience here. Staff always friendly and helpful and the food always tastes fresh.
