Duke William Inn - Ainsworth - Photo album

Great place to have a cold one after the beautiful walk behind the pub... Local beers.. Ale and cider. Small old school pub with great atmosphere and food
Excellent food, we traveled from Blackpool to enjoy lunch here. The only hiccup was trying to find the venue (down a side street). Real ale available (Cask Marque accredited).
Food was delicious. Service was shocking. Young girls stood talking. Waited ages for plates to be removed. Hubby had to go to go to the bar to order as girls to busy talking to see if we needed anything else...waited ages for horseradish sauce and for pudding. Service let everything down.
Popular with locals, this is a good pub to call in. We just turned up hoping for something toveat. The place was full. We were told that we may have to wait about half an hour. In the event we sat down after about 15 minutes. We used the time to get a drink and speak to a couple who had just eaten.
Lovely beers, friendly staff and some really, really good food. On this occasion, we had a selection of Greek dishes. Each was as tasty and well presented with care as we've had in Greek restaurants. Complements to all and especially the talented chef. *There are several exceptional off-road walks i
First ever visit here, actually for a crown green bowling match. Ate in the pub, and they did a great job. An oldie worldy pub with real character. Happy to recommend it fully.
Went on Thursday evening (curry night) Food very good and great service too. Historic pub in picturesque village setting. Highly recommended.
Our waitress Taya was fantastic very friendly, polite made sure we were comfortable had drinks and overall made our first visit great atmosphere. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend this Pub
Very impressed with the welcome, the atmosphere and the food. Traditional style pub with large portions of freshly made tasty food. Good vegan and veggie options. All round winner for me.
Lovely tables outside in the shade under umbrella's and a marquee. Set back away from the main road so nice and peaceful. Average menu, limited vegetarian options.
